Everything was amazing. Right next to the bus stop. Staff were amazing. We forgot our passport and they sent to Tokyo in time for our flight out. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Lack of professionalism and hospitality of the staff. They lack consideration with their partying. I get it. They're young adults on a foreign working holiday, but it's still a job and a hostel full of guests. Please be act like it's a workplace and that your performance matters.

The cleanliness, the atmosphere, the location. the staff… everything! The nice thing about the lodge was the presentation, it wasn’t your standard lodge it has a lot of personal touches by the owner that made it very homely and welcoming.
I should of stayed longer!

Check-in was quick and easy and staff are very welcoming. The location is great because there is bus stop directly out the front. It's also a short walk to Milk Kobo and some restaurants. Rooms are comfortable with a nice view of the mountains and forest and the common areas have a really casual and relaxed atmosphere.

Awesome backpacker lodge in Niseko. Very friendly staff. The lodge was clean and comfortable with great lounge area to meet other travellers. Niseko is a beautiful place in summer

The beds were comfortable, clean and spacious for a dorm. Breakfast was pretty good and the cleanliness of the whole building was great.
Disappointing the lack of comfortable common room. There is one room used for dining that guests can sit in however we were disappointed that this closed very early some nights (21:30) forcing us to play cards and have a quiet beer in our dorm room which is not nice for other guests.

Close to the Higashiyama Pension Village bus stop and the Takahashi Dairy Farm Milk Kobo (awesome treats!), and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed trivia night (which also happened to be NYE) — one of the best parts of my trip!
Probably a very minor thing, but I liked that they have a water dispenser (for guests) — I’ve stayed at other hostels in the area and most of them don’t have this, so you either have to buy bottled water from convenience stores or just drink tap water.

Superfriendly staff and very clean location, cosy room. Lots of information around Niseko available. Bus stop in front of the house. Shuttle on arrival and departure day worked perfect. Great atmosphere.
Coffee for breakfast is not for coffee lovers.... breakfast was not exactly the „health option“
