Position is good

1. The hotel breakfast was moldy and bad, and the staff falsely claimed it was sugar and could continue to eat it. 2. The stranger used his key card to open my door, which was a very dangerous thing！

Really clean, lots of space, comfortable bed.

We liked that it was spacious. It looked quite new to us. The lady at the receprion was very nice. We were very comfortable. We liked the beds and sheets. There are 2 grocery stores just next to it.

It has dark floors so every piece of dust is very visible. It makes it harder to clean the floors.

Long Walk to next public Transport hub(Tramway)

This was our second time here in 2 years. Prices definitely went up and quality down. We like the location and the room style of this hotel. The bed is very big and comfortable, the room spacious with coffee and tea. Close you have the tram station and two supermarkets. Parking outside is free and has about 20 places. Parking in the garage is also very nice and only 10 euros.

It was very dirty: hand prints and fluid stains everywhere, hair on toilet and in bed, stains on furniture, water kettle was crusty, etc. It clearly shows signs that they do not properly clean. Probably they only change sheets and wipe a bit the usual places. And for the price (around 110 euros) they should do better.

Kitchen, furniture, cleanliness, nice staff, comfortable beds, terrasse on the ground floor.

No rooms for family of 4-5, so 2 rooms need to be booked, thus double cost. Those rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel, fr away from each other.

The whole concept is very interesting. You can choose the size and functionalities in the room (additional space, kitchen, bed size etc.). Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great! staff is very kind.

Large size room with good office desk so that you can work properly (that's why I booked it) and modern style hotel. I book this hotel since years whenever I have business to do in Linz. It's outside the city center but I like the modern style of the hotel & the free parking. Breakfast is good quality even if the choice is limited. Friendly & helpful staff. Good value for money.

The reception staff was welcoming and helpful.

The room wasn’t clean - dirty kitchen sink, floor, bathroom, linens smelled bad as well as a sofa. It’s a pity as the hotel looks nice and has a good potential.

The location was great, it is close to a lake and you can swim there. The water looks clean and is about 13 minutes from the hotel.

The air-conditioning didn't work for us, and there is no proper ventilation system. The only source of ventilation is the balcony door and it is directly to the sunset. Our ordeal last night was unbearable. Family with a 9 months old baby, without air-conditioning when the day's temperature were around 28° to 30°.I am sure your guess is good as mine. We reported the malfunctioning of the air-conditioning, the lady at reception suggested of given us a new room, then I even asked if I am to pay more for that because it was important to us. So that our baby can sleep well. She then arranged for a technician to come check it out. We obliged to that, he came and tried to fix it and told us to wait for 15 minutes. Which we waited for 30 minutes then I texted on the booking that if is possible the room could be changed like the lady at the reception suggested. Someone replied with very harsh tone of words. Forgetting that I have the right to review my stay or I can enter into dispute on this transaction. There are only two reasons why this could have happened. 1. Bad customer service 2. My race, because they saw a black guy there and I need to accept anything am given. A mediocre. Am sure if I was a local or any EU "white guy" they wouldn't have treated me that way. Maybe am wrong and is just how they treat their guest. Even in the morning, there was no sign of remorse or even concern to ask if we survived the night and some sort of saying " sorry for last night situation"
