Nice, clean room; spacious, secure parking; close to the waterfront boardwalk. In a quiet area of the city. Supermarket and bakery nearby.

No working locks on bathroom door.

Great value and location. Clean comfortable rooms and helpful welcoming staff. They recommended a local restaurant which was fabulous. Easy walk to the harbor -- one block away and had a great time there as well. Parking right next to hotel was a big plus. Recommend it highly and without hesitation. Thank you so much!!

There was a small kitchenette in the room with a fridge which was very helpful. Hotel is at walking distance from the beach in Boccadasse and other restaurants. Always somebody at the reception which is also great! We asked to seperate our beds in the room and they did so right away.

Parking was provided but they charge extra for it.

Stayed here before in a room away from the main street and that was great. This time however I got a room on the street side and that was unfortunately very busy/loud. Closing the windows made no difference.

1) nice location close to seaside 2) room big enough for a family of 3 3) cheaper than any other option in the same area

1) elevator is small 2) still there are steps before the elevator 3) the rooms forniture start to feel the time passed

This is a very nice hotel. We’ve stopped in lots of hotels on our travels through Europe and Africa and this is by far the best.

Great stuff, speaking english very well. Kitchen in the room was well equipped, all you need is there. Room was cleened every day. Bonus - there is rooftop accessible to everyone, from where you can enjoy sunset over Genova and sea.

Beautiful hotel, very clean with excellent facilities. Pleasant helpful staff. Easy transport to the city. Located near a very pretty beach.

Beware the pistachio ice cream at the local gelato shop. It's very rich. Make sure you get your bus ticket stamped when on the bus, the local transport police are fierce.

Staffare friendly n helpful . The bathroom is clean n good location for me at Quarto..

There is no fridge in room n water . no space to put luggage in room as the bed is too big. for car parking is a bit too expensive..

The wifi connection was fine. The bathroom was spacious overall. I did not need parking, but there was some limited one - certainly not appropriate for a hotel. The water provision was good, at the right pressure. The staff were kind and helping.

No power outlets in the desk. In fact, the desk was a board slab running across the wall. Barely any space to sit. The bathroom was spacious, but not the shower area. Overall, the quality was ok but it would have been better. It is an old place, still using those heavy metallic keys and it was undergoing a face renovation at the same time. No breakfast, either - one had to go and get it from the street.
