The property is in a good location, right near the centre of Da Lat and working distance to the night market.
The property interior is old and needs a big revamp, the reception and corridors smell bad and the rooms smell even worse, the air conditioning gave a out a terrible smell which meant we needed to turn it off and the bathroom drains smelt like sewage so we needed to keep the bathroom door closed.
The reception staff are all young sat around on there phones and are blatantly talking and laughing about guests in there own language.

I booked a room with lake view. I got a room with a little lake view and the msin view gives to a swamp...very bad view

The staff was friendly.
The aircon was facing the bathroom and not the beds. We could smell cigarette smell at different point and different days of our stay. Our room was next to the housekeeper’s room and we could hear them chatting late in the evening/ morning.

The hotel room walls were so thin that people making noise at the corridor was loudly heard in the room. There was a school excursion during my stay at the hotel. The children were rowdy and noisy till midnight. Even after we complained to the front desk, nothing was done

Actually, I'm booking from 10/11/12th of Nov-2022 for 3 days staying, but due to I have some urgent work than I changed my plan to say only 2 days from 10/11th of Nov-2022 and the hotel management said that I need to pay the 3-day payment according to the booking.com policy, so is very disappointed on your service also booking .com policy because not feasible, and I stay 2 days but pay the hotel for 3days. an event I send a message to Booking.com but no respond

Stayed for 5 nights. The bed was comfy, toilet was cleaned (except for some baby cockroaches running around the sink). The staff replenishes the bottled waters and soap/shampoo daily. Breakfast was great with the local delights of pho and banh mi always on the menu. Best way to enjoy your breakfast is to have it at the outdoor balcony to enjoy the crisp cool air and lovely music.
1. Bathtub was a little too high to enter and exit. Rather dangerous for elderly who may have difficulty.
2. Walls are so thin that one can hear the water running through the pipes from the next rooms and the guests talking along the corridor at night and in the morning.
3. Return flight was at 4pm and requested for a late check-out until 1pm. They insisted that late checkouts would incur charges. Was rather disappointed that thye could not make the exception given that we had stayed for 5 nights. Finally we came to a compromise to check out at 1230pm.
4. The TV in the twin room had access to various channels while the double room only had access to 3 channels.
