Staff were so helpful and lovely. They sorted out our travel on to jeri at the last minute whihh we were very stressed about!

Iii is a tidy little facility in the center of town.

Staff was of little help in locating tours and transportation for us. We walked to a nearby hotel where staff helped us book tours and transportation quite quickly.

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly.

It’s very well located and feels very homey. It’s close to all places within walking distance and the staff will help you navigate through the town.

I’m not sure why, but they took quite some time to accept my card. We were trying all our cards and after many tries, when I mentioned “our card worked in São Paulo”, they finally decided to bring out another card machine, where our card finally worked. This took a long time and was a very frustrating experience. Another thing is, the rooms are generally quite clean but from the outside we had ants crawling on the door into the room at night. Breakfast was ok, I guess because we’re not Brazilians, we didn’t find it to be that great. I think though they could charge a little less for what they offer.

. I’m not someone who usually make bad reviews on venues but this one deserves a stand out otherwise they will never get better. Lets start with the bed sheets and towels that were all dirty. The room smelled like public toilet. Bed was solid rock. No words for the toilet. Shower was dirty and toilet seat almost impossible to seat. No enough space for legs. Wall is literally just in front of you, like 5cm from your head. Then the lack of consideration on “decoration” there was painting stains everywhere. They painted the room like a 5years old children. Not a big problem but its something so simple and costless to do. They simply dont care about the guest in that way. The staff was nice tho. almost forgot about breakfast - bread was super dry and tapioca was disgusting- smelled like pork. I’m sorry about the review but it had to be said. Been in many cheap places before - some of them even the third of the price we paid now - and all of them were more careful when it comes to confort

Close to the restaurant

Cute and comfortable pousada, well located. Quite helpful in organizing visit the the park, although I had to ask them twice to verify there information on buses which was indeed incorrect; I ended up taking a shared van which was indeed a very good recommendation on their part.

My only issue with the pousada concerns pricing. * I had the pleasure of meeting someone who spent the last night with me. I had booked a single room. Even though my guest didn't consume anything, I was charged almost double the cost (+65% to be precise), which I find completely abusive. I was not able to get this across to management and it took three clear requests for the tedious conversation to end. * There was originally no full day excursion to the lagoons that seemed interesting, so I booked 2 half-day excursions. I was very glad that they arranged a full day day excursion instead, avoid needless transportation. The price for the full day excursion was 200, the same as the two half days excursions, which makes no sense to me as there is less transportation involved for the tour company, and it is typical to charge less the more you take. The other full day excursion (to Atins) was 150.

The owners are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Shower has hot water, wifi works well in the room, air-conditioning works well. Breakfast is good with several choices. Sheets and towels are clean. We booked a private car through them and the driver provided excellent service. Location is very good. It's a short walk to restaurants but far enough away to be quiet at night.

It would be nice to get a second cup of coffee for breakfast, or maybe you can and we didn't know hiw to ask.

I really enjoyed my stay. The service was absolutely exceptional and it felt like being home. The owner made sure I was comfortable, even sending me messages during the day to make sure I was enjoying my tour. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable and was like a mother. The breakfast was also very good!

A charming little pousada in Barreirinhas. The staff are all lovely and super helpful, thank you Fran for helping me organise all of the transfers and excursions!! the breakfast is great with a good selection. I’ll definitely be back! 😀

The staff here is incredible. They went way out of there way to make sure I was comfortable and made sure I made it to my next destination. They even helped me plan the rest of my trip.
