Good location in Rota. Could walk to anywhere in Rota in the evening.
Had to park our motorbikes on the street but they were fine so it wasn’t a problem.

Great location, staff, and the room was a nice size with comfortable bed and accommodations. The room price was great. A nice restaurant/bar located on the property. It is in a nice location and easy to walk to Rota City Center. Also, a nice grocery store located across the street.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful…always helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. It is close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel restaurant and bar is a very comfortable place to enjoy and socialize. The price is a very good value. We will stay there again when to travel to Rota again.

The fact that the windows had metal sheets over them felt like I was in a Spanish brass house

The room was clean and maintained, contains a refrigerator which is very important in the summer months. The staff is very friendly and there is a restaurant within the hotel where you can eat. The hotel is a short distance from all the facilities in Rota and the bus station.
Some rooms have windows overlooking the hallway, not the surrounding streets.

Room was next to the reception desk so you can hear people talking if this isn't for you make sure you ask for an upper floor
Note there are also mosquitoes so bring a plug-in

The location is good.
The receptionist is willing to work with you but be careful because he may lie to you.
They first put me in room 101 right next to the street with passing traffic making noise. When I ask for another room due to the noise, they lie to me saying there is no more room, but I show the receptionist that Booking.com still have three more room that can be booked so he gives me a new room this time next to a back street with less noise. If you want to stay here be sure not to get any room on the first floor.
