Good location - 2 minutes from the beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful, professional. The food is plenty and delicious. The water in the shower was ok, aircon worked fine. A lot of young people, sometimes noisy but we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If you want to be in the center of action it is the place.

It’s a place full of British youth getting drunk on poorquality all inclusive drinks. The food is really not tasty and the bathrooms in the rooms smell of canalisation and don’t have a separate shower (water from the shower head just goes all over the toilet and rhe rest of the bathroom floor.

Nice location, nice staff and generally a nice hotel with a feeling of a small hotel in a great way. Only minus is the noise; day and night.

It was very noisy; loud music by the pool and breakfast area and several guests had their own speaker with different music by the pool. I like music but I prefer to listen to one track at a time and to be able to have a conversation without having to shout.

The hotel is in a great spot for people who want to go to the clubs and it’s a super short walk to the beach too, but you can’t hear any of it at night unless your balcony doors are open. It’s also right near an ATM and a pharmacy (and there’s loads of both of these along the whole strip) as well so you don’t have to wander too far to find whatever it is you might need. Your room is cleaned every day and they always leave fresh towels for you. The pool was such a nice temperature for cooling off in with plenty of sun beds so you never felt like you couldn’t get one, no matter what time of day it was. The food was good with a variety of choice so there was always something for everyone and the bar, and the guys behind it, were great so I’d definitely recommend the all-inclusive option because you get some lovely cocktails out of it :)) Definitely recommend this place for any and all lads/girls holidays but was great for solo travellers and couples too as the staff will make you feel so so welcome

Cleaning was poor, floors was dirty all the time, only washed with dezinfection, but how it was a bug mark on floor, it stayed till end of our stay. Also had marks on my skin of bed bugs. Shampoo and shower gel finished and didn't was replaced. Food also wasn't good. Only one good thing was barmens 🤘🏽

what a fantastic hotel, immaculate throughout, amazing staff and the food was second to none! highly recommend staying there, nothing was a problem and the 2 young men behind the bar were so much fun. Thank you everyone for making our stay in Laganas , perfect hotel

I liked everything.

We booked this hotel last minute when our other accommodation didn't work out for us. This hotel is located on a seedy strip of Zakynthos (we should have checked the area so our fault). However, we were blown away by the hospitality of this hotel. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and provide everything from extra vegetarian dishes to packed lunches for our day out. There was a brilliant variety of food, drinks and snacks and even themed dinner and dance nights. Special mention to Dennis and another member of wait staff our son started calling 'Bubble man'. Room was well presented and clean. We had 3 single beds. Staff provided us with a cot also. Thank you for a thoroughly brilliant stay!

The area is not suitable for families. There were strip clubs, bars and nightclubs, sex shops, cannabis shops. Sadly this attracted a certain type of guest to the hotel (this is not to take away how kind and accommodating the staff were to us being a family). Too much smoking around. A separate pool for kids would be good. Loud music played most hours of the day. Shower went hot and cold (but found this for all the places we stayed in Zakynthos).

We really enjoyed our family stay here and the staff were really great, helpful and friendly. The food was great, fresh and tasty and if you would like to try a variety of Greek cuisine you will not be disappointed, every day it was something different. The pool is a nice and decent size, also with a secluded kids pool area, perfect for our 4-year-old daughter. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The location of the hotel is great, right on the main street with pubs and clubs and about a 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. Rooms were a perfect size and with comfy beds and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The evening entertainment was also good quality and really enjoyed Greek traditional dancers.

Food selection was amazing, staff very friendly, gave me a ton of free drinks one evening 😊 location is the most central you can get to the party street. Still, the room was somehow quiet, as it faces the backyard.

The room was clean, but needs renovation, everything looks old and over-used.

Everything was perfect

The food was amazing. It changes for every meal and it's fresh and tasty. It's the absolute highlight of the hotel. The location is great (if you want to be in Laganas). It is close to the beach, to restaurants, shops, clubs... and the street noise does not disturb when in the room. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the balcony had nice enough views (Superior Room). The pool area was okay as well,, with enough sunbeds for all guests, shower and shady sitting area to have drinks and chill. It is very easy to park on the street nearby.

The doors were very thin. We were woken up by screaming guests from the same block at 3AM 5 nights out of 7 (Superior Room). Laganas is not a great place to stay if you do not plan to party or to not leave the hotel much (this is mainly our fault for not informing ourselves prior to the trip) The cleaning ladies, although very friendly, forgot to leave us shower gel during all the stay. We had to go and ask for more at the reception. The shower and the toilet are together in the same space so that the toilet gets wet when showering. Hence, it is uncomfortable to use the toilet during about 1h after having had a shower.
