Overall the hotel was great - it was further out of town than I expected, but that was my own fault for not checking transport links properly. In terms of eating out options, if you didn't want to drive - there was only the choice of the hotel restaurant (serving between 6 & 8pm), or the pizzeria next door. Both were very good, and the hotel restaurant in particular was great value for money. But if you like options, not entirely ideal! The spa facilities were fantastic - complete with loungers / beds outdoors under a canopy to allow you to soak up the late afternoon sunshine. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - couldn't fault them - and our room was super spacious and well finished.

Our room overlooked the car park at the front of the hotel, rather than views of the mountains out the back. I don't recall having an option to specify, but if there is one, then definitely specify the mountain view. The balcony isn't quite the same without it! There's no air conditioning in the rooms, which obviously isn't an issue for part of the year, but it meant the room was very warm at night so we needed the balcony door and windows open for air - but again, because we overlooked the main road, it was noisier than expected. Not the hotel's fault, and certainly didn't spoil our stay - but just an observation!

Friendly staff who were exceedingly helpful and accommodating. Great spa facilities and breakfast. Perfect location for walking, e.g. Tre Crime. Would definitely go back if heading to the area.

Spa center - excellent

Very nice place to stay! SPA is great with many available saunas, showers and other SPA activities. Also, there is great pizzeria nearby which are highlighted in Michelin guide. Owner is the nicest person. Definitely will choose again!
