Location! Just in front of the main landmark of the famous avenue Nueve de Julio (July 9th). A lot of restaurants, stores and a great Tango show across the avenue (Tango Porteño). Old but very well maintained building and room. The room's window has a good sound protection.
The only complaint was about the Air conditioning unit in the room that was noise and had malfunctioning (not cooling the room). Leave the window opened was not an option due to the noisy avenue.

El personal en la recepción, el cobro adicional de una tarifa de extras cuando no era el caso, antes de salir del hotel se conversó que no se hizo ningún consumo del frigo bar y que lo verifiquen y ellos no lo hicieron, el propio guardia del hotel ayudó a salir con las maletas al taxi y todo fue realizado correctamente del check out, ahora ellos hacen un cobro de 17.19 dólares en mi tarjeta de crédito, diciendo que no se ha pagado los extras que no saben manifestar. Una atención pésima por parte de la recepción del hotel y no ofrece todo lo que detalla el hotel, solo tiene buena ubicación pero la habitación no recompensa y ahora más con el cobro adicional en mi tarjeta de crédito y ellos dicen que fueron extras y en ningún momento realizamos un consumo o fuimos sin hacer check out. Es una falta de respeto por parte de los funcionarios del hotel. Deberían realmente avalar para ver si no acontece eso con frecuencia a otros clientes. El trato por parte de las recepcionista es mucho que decir. No volviera a ese hotel ni lo recomendaría.

Love the location
I could not buy any food when i arrived late. And i could not buy water at the hotel. I also asked for toalet paper in the evening and did not get it before the next morning. I did not like that they took a screenshot with private phone of my credit card with all details. Also the three numbers on the back.

The rooms aren't the same as the pictures showed in the website or google. Place is old, and the heater makes so much noise that you can't stand it.

The view from the room was nice near El Obelisco.
Wifi signal was weak in our room... If I wanted wifi had to step out and go by the elevators near the router or go to the lobby. Also our room was near the elevators a lot of movement and noise.

Started to extreme bad check in, they receive us playing obscene music in the background in the hotel lobby.
In room, super dirty, cut nails on the floor, dust and mold. The bathroom seems like prison, mold, rusty and dirty.
The rooms seem like movie "room 1408", I feel like in horror movie... Trash horror one.
I never, never, never come back to this place again.

Location is excellent, subte is right there, and everything is nearby, Corrientes avenue, Lavalle, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff is very friendly
Air conditioner wasn't enough to keep the room cold, because the heat is terrible. Also, the Hotel Wifi wasn't working at all I had to use my roaming. The room was very small, very different from the featured pictures.

Starting from the check in that took
more than an hour to be done we arrived at 1am, no iron, internet just worked in reception, uncomfortable beds, very old style room, the air conditioner was very dirty, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly everyday.

The Location is central but dangerous
I was robbed inside the Hotel, probably by staff member - need I say more? The Hotel is likely to get robbed by outsiders and inside staff members. I lost Labtop, 1000Dollars, Fotocamera and much more. Hotel did not want to come up for anything.
