Staff were friendly prices reasonable and good food

Good fish and chips.
No hot water in bathroom so reported it to reception. This was meant to be fixed but then water too hot to shower and couldn’t be adjusted. We were given key to another room to use that bathroom.
Only one hand towel and two bath towels for two guests.
The scrambled eggs with bacon counting as a Full English breakfast with no choice of brown bread or fruit or cereal was disappointing.
The staff were friendly and helpful in trying to resolve the water issue.

Very basic facilities in room. The Wifi did not reach past reception area. Could hear the TV next door as loudly as if in my room and it went on all night.

The room was very nice, towels included heating was good, hot water & shower were good & bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!
The wifi in the room could have been better but it may have been the weather causing connection issues.

staff was polite
The radiator was broken and could not be turned down. The room was too hot. It was very noisy with children running around and screaming (with excitement) in the corridor. we could hear the music from the bar too.
