Very friendly staff. Clean beds.

Breakfast poor. Every morning at 0800 all sausages, bacon gone. Asked if they would be replenished and told no. Lift terrible and very busy. Air condition turned off on last night of my stay and didn't get much sleep as a result. Had very important meeting on last night of my stay.

Excellent location, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was super-friendly. Really liked it the place.

Very nice view from the room. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Tasty breakfast with a wide selection.

Very difficult to actually get to the hotel with a car and to get to parking. Staff was not great at helping with these things.

Walking distance to train station and LETI. It was good that I could open the window for fresh air.

It's very hard to find positives

Hotel very dirty at the front door of the hotel there are huge cobwebs up to the ceiling, the room smelt of sewage. I do not recommend.

Good parking. Reception and restaurant areas quite modern

Bedrooms need refurbishing. More attention needed by staff at breakfast to restock items.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast choices and in a very good location. Good secure parking.

No staff or public facilities on a weekend. It was a challenge to find anything local when we arrived late Sunday afternoon and there is no one to advise you, although, once in the building, the check in was smooth. Do your research if you are going to be here over the weekend.

Staff was super friendly during the conference lunch/dinner and at the reception. I guess they were also happy to see a face-2-face event again. The home made snacks (apple pie, cake, chocolate brownies) were the best!

The wifi (at least in my room on the 5th floor) was unstable. I guess several people were streaming Netflix or similar in the evening. It was very frustrating to get actual work done. I finally stopped using it and turned my 4G smartphone into a wifi connection.
