Sadece konumu güzeldi

Temizlik vasattı. Sıcak su 3. Gün geldi. İletişim kurmak için sabit hat vermişler whatsapp üzerinden iletişim kuramadık. Taksiciden yada marketten rica etmek zorunda kaldık. Sadece 1 tane lamba çalışıyordu. Konaklama boyunca tesisle ilgili kimseyle iletişime geçemedik. Konum da yollamadılar. Her gelen tatilcinin şikayeti aynıydı. Konaklayanlar birbirine yardımcı oluyordu.

1 minute away from bus stop

This accommodation is less than 1 minute from the bus stop that takes you right into town - super convenient! clean bedroom and nice spacious deck.

A few lights in the room shone when trying to sleep in the dark- we covered as many as we could. The bathroom did get fairly soaked with water after each shower so something to be mindful of

just across the road from the beach, one street away from the downtown party area, right next to Platea Bistro and a supermarket

the most impersonal place I have ever been to in Greece, the owner is unavailable, plus a kettle would level the place up

Exceptional

Everything was excellent with a sea view. A location exceeded our expectations.

It was hard to reach out a property owner when we came. We were waiting for the response almost an hour. Anyway it was a perfect deal for the price.

A pleasant stay overall. Nice place if you do not intend to cook. Just call them in advance.

Great location, close to the beach. The studio was clean, water warm, beds comfy. Air-conditioning in one of the rooms.

Nobody contacted us beforehand as to where to get the keys, where to find our specific studio etc. It was hard to reach somebody (no replies to e-mails or text messages). After we called, we finally got all the information. There was wi-fi but no passward. There was a kitchenette but no stove.

The appartments are close to the beach.

There was kitchen in the appartment,but we coudnt prepare meals,no cooker there etc. This was not mentioned on booking.com. it was big dissapoitment for us.

Very good

Great location, walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner was kind and responsive. The apartment was cleaned every 2 days.

At night the music was super loud and we could only sleep with earplugs. We should have known… it’s also 100m from the clubs. It’s a perfect stay if you want to go out at night OR bring excellent earplugs. Either way, it is very good value for money

No cooking facilities. Cooker wire was cut through

DON'T DO IT, ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL The cooker wire was cut, we were in a family room with 3 wine glasses, 1 mug, 2 forks etc. No pots or pans. Only a kettle, sink and fridge. Didn't replace toilet paper on cleaning days. There was a cock roach in the bathroom. Couldn't unpack and use wardrobe drawers as they smelt so musty and old. Only 1 coat hanger on the actual wardrobe. He had reserved us the wrong room so got an upgrade which he blamed me for, told me if this room got booked and another room was free we would have to move. This ruined our holiday as we were just waiting, dreading, the moment he would tell us we had to pack everything and change apartments. When I told him that the mistake was not my responsibility, his response was 'its not mine, I look for solutions and you just make problems " Not the relaxing holiday I was hoping for. Never again with Steve beaches. NO COOKER !

Falikari is perfect for family vacation

Perfect location. Close to the beach amd restaurants/shops.

Not very safe. Be careful : both doors of the terrasse can be opened and also locked.

Faliraki is expensive, even if there is no party because COVID-19. Long waiting for key in the middle of the day (40 min)

Loved it, thoroughly recommended.

Modern, clean, location, quiet, excellent aircon, full size fridge, hob. Piping hot water, rapid water pressure.

No brush as immediately smashed a glass.

Ok with some improvements

Room was confortable, air conditioning ok (and was very hot in Rodes) cleaning was ok. Position in Faliraki is at the top!

Comunication with steves management is not possible. Shower was unusable, after each shower bathroom will became a lake with a sleepery floor.
