Our flight arrived in the middle of the night, so we could use the late check-in with Ahmed. He’s so friendly and warmly welcomed us! He explained everything about the hotel.
During the staying we’re really enjoyed the pool area specially the pool bar which had great prices and cold drinks. Our coolest barman was Huby with the biggest smile and we really liked his friendly service.
We were suprised (on a good way) for the hotel have an own bus which took the tourists to the local beach and even during the night we could visit the city with this opportunity! Well done!
All in all, that was a very nice staying for us, totally recommended!

Location Not good. Breakfast just ok. We have booked due to the Aqua park in the facility. No information was given before and at arrival that Aqua park is under construction. However, we came to know from the staff that they are giving Aqua facility outside for free. But the reception didnot offer any thing like that to us. So it was a big waste of money and our time. When we checked in at around 20:30 took time for room make over, still TV not working, Hair Dryer not working, Some lights were not working, Very much disappointed from the selection of mine.

room was big and small terrace with pool wiew.
we had some mosquitos after sunset. receptionist mr mahmoud was very helpfull staff and security person in parking area mr mohammed was friendly. hotel a little bit need renovation. but price / hotel performance was ok .

Very good and budgeted hotel. Mr Hossam at the reception was kind to upgrade our room to suite. Good breakfast and very close to Naama bay
One thing to note. Please take Taxi from main road as the limo service in the hotel is very expensive.

- The personal was very nice, friendly, and polite
- Some sort of entertainment is provided
- Food was mundane and boring. The cheapest ham you could imagine, that would _crack_ when you try to bend it (had never known such thing exists)
- Coffee options were limited to a cheap coffee powder; packaged cheap tea
- The rooms were under-maintained - gaps in between bath and walls, rusted bathtubs, very old doors and furniture

Hotel employees enter the room when people are sleeping
We were delayed for half an hour at the exit because the worker who checked the room at the exit claimed that a towel was missing in the room. Disgusting behavior and such disrespect
I don't recommend going there at all

The breakfast buffet no varieties
The bath tub was broken
The house cleaning are very mess and we called them several times and showed them how to clean the room
And the toilet very bad smell

The staff was friendly, specially the receptionist Corolos and The housekeeping manager Mr Waheed, and special thanks to the room housekeeping Hamada, he is decorating the room not only cleaning it..
the restaurant salad and Pastries section was wonderful but the hot section need more improvement
the aqua park and pool life guards was always around us and taking care of the kids
The security guard Abdulaziz he really was helpful and taking care of all the kids in aqua park
The restaurant hot section need more improvement, need more variety and fresh food

The AC at the room was making a huge noise, and need to be replaced.
TV as well had some hazy pictures and noisy

Place is good and clean
It just need more transportation for other places like Soho Square and old Mark
