Bagno recentemente ristrutturato con vasca / doccia. Piccolo patio fuori dalla camera da letto con tavolo e sedie. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dai bar, dal negozio di alimentari, dai ristoranti, dai negozi e dai parchi. Soffitti a volta in camera da letto e bagno. Andate in bicicletta verso Lido Marina e Cannery Villages, il nuovo Marina Park o Balboa Fun Zone, tranquille passeggiate sulla spiaggia mattutina, una giornata in barca, tramonti pittoreschi, intrattenimenti all'aperto o momenti tranquilli per voi. .. non c'è posto proprio come il Newport Beach Lifestyle! Vieni a goderti Newport Beach nella nostra bellissima "Boathouse".

No privacy. Woman owner and her two kids constantly walking on side of the house and up to front door getting their packages. We were constantly being overlooked by mother hen. The slider door came off the tracks which I asked for her help and she accused me of bending the screen door and walked away without helping to get it back fully functional. No counter space and the main bedroom mattress has a divot and extremely uncomfortable woke up with a sore back.

Super easy to find, killer location, beautiful space with lots of kitchen supplies, beach towels & chairs, etc. Comfy beds, great shower. There were 3 of us and that was perfect. Parking is ridiculously iffy- I knew that going in. We had a car, since we flew in to Burbank, but mostly ubered wherever we needed or walked or rode bikes. Lots to do. We bumped into the host family a few times- they are lovely souls.

We love staying here for 6 nights. It was clean and quiet with everything we needed to be comfortable. We took the bikes along the beach front to the end of the peninsula and had a great time exploring the beach.
The bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on the hide a bed that had a mattress topper and said it was also very comfy. We were there to help with a wedding and would get back after midnight and it felt like coming home after a long day. the front garden area is charming and the cottage itself is tasteful. If we ever have a reason to come to Newport area again we would definitely plan on staying again.

Perfectly described, fabulous location. Easy to navigate especially when riding bikes (rent them!)…everything we needed for a getaway that made us feel like locals. Thank you to a kind host family!

This rental is an absolutely perfect little hideaway right in the heart of Newport Beach. It's small but cozy, and very clean. If you're home during the day you can open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze or sit out back in the little sitting area. It's ideal for one or two, maybe 4 if you have kids or are all really good friends.
The location is ideal. It's maybe 200 yards to the beach, 1 mile to Newport pier with all of the associated bars and restaurants and 2.5 miles to the Balboa Fun Zone (both of which can be walked to via the pedestrian walkway at the top of the sand).
The owners are really easy to communicate with and very helpful. You actually feel lime they care about your stay.
So don't hesitate if you're considering this place. I personally can't wait to go back next year.

We really enjoyed our cozy Newport Beach stay. Great for 2 ppl or a couple and a child. Close to beach, bikes handy and cheap right at apt, close to Disneyland and many amenities. Felt safe. WiFi was only 2G so beware if need for work-related trip or other. Great place.

Enjoyed the access to beach. Liked the beach towels and chairs. Suggest fixing the electrical overload in the kitchen. Replace the front door and fix the lock on the sliding door.

Easy walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants, very quiet neighbourhood. Beds were comfortable, adequately stocked kitchen. Nice patio in front and back for sun and privacy. We were there in February and the mornings and evenings were cool, but the heater and sunshine helped. A great accommodation!

A sweet little beach bungalow for the right price. The hostess was gracious and I liked it that they were close by. Appreciated having a bike to rent w a basket. Close ride to the beach. Very quiet and just a cute place. Very clean and a good bed. I will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, and on the quieter side compared to closer to the pier. The home is very nicely decorated and equipped, and we loved the front patio. We had everything we needed. You can walk to the Pavilion's and Lido and it is just 2 short blocks to the beach. We will stay again!

The property was located in walking distance from the beach. It was perfect size for me and my two children, 18 and 14. We cooked together and walked to the beach. My only complaint is the parking. as the week grew closer to the weekend I had to search and wait for a parking spot to come open. Sometimes having to drive for a significant period of time and a couple of times I had to park a couple of blocks over from the home.

We stayed for a week on vacation, 2.5 of us. Cottage is cute, we loved the look and sound of fountain. Owners(and Sam)were welcoming and friendly. House fit our basic needs to store food, cook breakfasts, pack our ice chest for the day then relax in evening for a good sleep. It is beach parking, deal with it.

Great little 1 bedroom private accommodation cloe to the beach and easy walk to the bars and restaurant's. Worked perfectly for two adults. We are frequent vistora to Newport and this area is safe and quiet and no need for a car if you uber from John Wayne. Would book again.

Had a great stay. It was perfect size for myself and my daughter. And I would definitely stay there again. Parking was may be a bit of a challenge. And the only reason I say that I had a broken foot at the time we visited.

Amazing experience, we felt lucky to find this place it was close to the beach we loved that we did not have to rent a car b/c property had bikes, it was also walkable to the beach, grocery store and several restaurants. The owner was very accommodating to any of our needs. We loved the binder the owner put together with recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The unit was very clean and an extra bonus it came with everything you need to cook in and even coffee and a nice patio with grill and chairs umbrella, and sand toys for the beach! We will defiantly be back and would love to bring our kids next time!

My sister and I had a great stay at this property! It was conveniently located on the Newport Peninsula - walking distance from the beach, Lido Village, and Newport Pier. The place was clean and accurately represented in the photos. We were also able to borrow bikes from the host that we used to go on a few bike rides up and down the peninsula. Host was extremely responsive - We would definitely stay again!
