Andy was the best kindest homeowner who greeted & welcomed my husband & I for our arrival. He gave us a tour of his beautiful home. The photos do not do this home justice. I was floored at how amazing this home is & all the amenities it comes with; the pool, pool table, dart board, bbq grill, backyard bar set up.... I can go on & on. Andy’s home was perfect. The neighborhood is safe & quiet. I highly recommend this home. I will definitely be returning in the near future. Andy, thank you so very much.

Andy was always quick to respond to any messages I left him either via text or message via VRBO. The house was very clean and is located close to a variety of things to do, shop, and places to eat were near by as well. The back yard pool area is a perfect place to unwind.

Everything was clean and user friendly. The pool was great. A nice house, super clean and well maintained.

The property was very nice. Very clean and stocked with immenities. Location was perfect to activities we were doing, and located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. The Andy Resort was exactly what we needed for a short stay before going to key west for a wedding the check in process was very easy Andy meet us when we arrived and explained everything and how all the lights and electronics worked go WiFi to our surprise there plenty of toiletries already on the premises and so coffee and creamer and other spices for cooking those are always the little things that add up Was extremely happy will recommend to everyone I meeet Brian

Beautiful home & outdoor pool area. Andres was very nice & provided a great resort style home. Full kitchen with cookware & utensils. We spent a lot of time by the pool. He left complimentary beverages in the fridge. Homey-feeling while staying in paradise. Would definitely book again in the future😊

Andy's place is in a nice quite neighborhood, yet convenient to shopping and highway access. The house looks just like the pictures, clean comfortable and relaxing. We ate most of our meals poolside, which was a very enjoyable treat for two mid-westerners escaping the bitter cold. Andy met us at the house upon our arrival and showed us all the things we needed to know. The kitchen is well equipped and he even has travel size soap, shampoo etc. just in case you forgot yours. He has bath towels and towels for the pool. Backyard is private and great for a relaxing afternoon by the pool reading a book, the covered portion of the patio is a great escape from the sun and the occasional afternoon shower. We would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. The outdoor space was beautiful and very well kept. Our host was great and showed us all around the place. We would go back and enjoy the place again. Thank you for a great stay!

The house has more than met our expectations. Everything was super clean, the outdoor area with pool, bar and grill for private use invites you to relax. The kitchen fully equipped. We can definitely recommend the house. The communication was excellent. Super fast answers. We were welcomed in the house and completely instructed. Just great.

Andy was very responsive when we ran out of propane for the grill. The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay.

Andres welcomed me in his home with open arms. Walked me through the house to show me around and that everything was perfect. He even made sure to store his fridge with beverages to choose from for my liking. The area was also perfect for the activities that I wanted to do near by. Want to get a place that is great!!! This a perfect 2 bed place with swimming pool, non heated whirlpool, pool table, and a bar. Andy is a perfect host. Met me when I arrived. Showed me around and even had some adult beverages in fridge waiting nice and cold. Place is in a great spot and swimming pool is nice. I spent much time in it.

This place is a hidden gem. Andres was a great host and even met us after 11 PM upon arrival after our flight was delayed 5 hours. He gave us the grand tour, which was helpful to locate all the outdoor light switches. Everything was immaculate, the family room had a large, leather sectional and TV with Netflix, no problems with wi-fi. The outdoor patio was great; pool/billiards table, outdoor seating with umbrella, TV, fire pit,and even a stocked bar! Pictures don't do it justice. Centrally located with easy access to all 3 national parks (Everglades, Cypress and Biscayne), it was very easy for us to travel to each park. The home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Closest beaches are Miami area (45 min) or Key Biscayne. Wish the pillows were more substantial, and the mattress in master bedroom was a bit too firm. Only cons would be there were no pool/beach towels (had to make do with small bath towels) and kitchen was very bare bones, not set for much cooking other than making coffee and toast. Would be nice if he could add in scissors, cutting knives (there was only a serrated bread knife and butter knives), hot pads/oven mitts, can opener, cutting board, serving/glass bowls, etc. We bought a cheap sautee pan, pasta pot and spatula that we left there. Access to laundry is only given to people staying a week or more. Overall we had a great time.
