Brilliant location and really nice tidy place.

Could do with somewhere warm to keep ski boots. That would be only improvement I'd make.

Great central location, comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 6 and always nice and warm! Less than a 5 minute walk to either Super Morzine or Pleney lifts.

Beds were a little hard, but comfortable enough after a day of skiing!

Due to the covid situation we were forced to end our trip early (they were closing borders between France and Switzerland). The agency did not get in touch with us to provide any information about this as it developed, despite saying that they had when we physically went to their premises to speak to them. They did not want to engage with or help us, they told us we would get a refund and shooed us out of the office. I have been unable to get in touch with them since this, and no refund has materialised. I have got Booking.com involved in this, who have promised us a refund, and yet it still has not come. This was two months ago, they clearly do not value their customers. We would have loved to have come back to stay with them again as the property is lovely, but this has completely discouraged me from doing so.

Location was fantastic and accommodation was great.

As central not as big as some further out but that's accepted due to brilliant location.

This is an amazing property. It’s right in the centre of town only a short 5 minute walk to pleney or super morzine. Restaurants are right on your doorstep. We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 children. It’s was perfect. We have been to morzine 3 times and this is my favourite chalet right date.
