Il nostro bellissimo condominio completamente ristrutturato si trova direttamente di fronte alla famosa Siesta Key Beach! Sia che tu voglia mettere le dita dei piedi nelle sabbie cristalline della spiaggia o goderti la nostra grande piscina riscaldata, sarai in paradiso! Goditi il tuo lanai privato e guarda i colorati tramonti serali che si specchiano nelle acque del golfo direttamente dall'altra parte della strada !. Dopo esserti rilassato in spiaggia o nella nostra piscina riscaldata di grandi dimensioni, goditi il tuo condominio spazioso con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con tutti i comfort di casa. Goditi una partita a biliardo nella nostra club house climatizzata con biblioteca o fai un passo all'aperto per una partita di shuffle board. La palestra recentemente rinnovata ha bagni adiacenti con docce. C'è un'area picnic con griglie per l'uso sulla proprietà o Siesta Key Public Beach, proprio dall'altra parte della strada, offre ulteriori strutture per picnic oltre a un parco giochi, campi da tennis, snack bar, bagni pubblici, un padiglione e reti da beach volley. Sia che tu voglia fare tutto o non fare nulla, non rimarrai deluso dal tuo soggiorno qui!

We absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The closeness to the beach is fantastic, the property and the amenities were also great. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were sad to leave. We hope to return again next year.

Our family loved our stay here! Comfortable rooms, living space and especially the balcony/florida room, which is where we spent the majority of our time, overlooking beautiful Siesta beach. Our walks to the beach were wonderful and we made use of the trolley to get around (there's a stop right outside the apt.), overall? We'd give it 6 stars if it was possible.

Absolutely amazing place to stay and visit. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Having a grill close by was a plus and the pool was amazing. Everyone in our party enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as the short free rides to the village. I definitely would recommend Siesta Key as an amazing destination for anyone. Truly one of my favorite places I have ever been.

I was lucky to be the first guest in this newly remodeled property and it was absolutely beautiful. Great location across from the public beach and right in the free trolley line. Pool was beautiful and heated. The kitchen had everything I needed and in fact was the best furnished kitchen of any property I've ever stayed at. The owners thought of every detail in their remodel process and there was plenty of space, beds were comfortable, and lanai was such a wonderful place to drink coffee and look at the gulf. I highly recommend this property.

This place was VERY clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys- walk across the street and you are at Siesta Beach. Pool was well maintained- very clean complex. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I, my grandson and two friends had a great time in Siesta Key. The condo was perfect for our needs...up to date and clean, nice pool and just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed talking on the lanai and people watching and seeing the ocean was a plus.

My husband & I brought my mother-n-law for a week. The separate bedrooms have privacy. My husband & I could do our 4 mile walk on the beach every morning. And, very close to Siesta Village for shopping & dining. Condo had everything we needed! Will definitely come again!

1. No regular cable TV channels, just “apps”. May be fine for younger people but adults prefer the complete regular channels.

We stayed at this property for a family wedding with our 3 kids and had a wonderful time. The property is great - very comfortable with everything we needed - and just a short walk from the beach. Ken and Susie were great communicators. We even left something behind by accident, and their cleaner was kind enough to get it mailed to us that week. Thank you for a great stay!

This condo was beautiful, filled with comfortable furniture. There was plenty of seating on the lanai, where we spent a lot of time and ate most meals. We enjoyed our week!

Property is directly across from the main siesta key beach. I was very worried when we were almost there thinking it would be over crowded but the condo is gated. You have to have a code to get in so the property itself is actually relatively quiet and so nice! Condo was clean and there were a TON of supplies like beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, plenty of beach towels and even fishing poles! Kitchen is relatively well stocked for anything you would like to cook. And condo was clean and nicely furnished. We really had no complaints at all and had an amazing vacation! Thank you!!

We’ve stayed in a few properties over the years and just wanted to note that this property was very comfortable and had EVERYTHING we needed, including beach gear. We felt very well cared for. Super convenient to the beach and town (via the trolley).

We had a fabulous time in siesta key. The location of this property was perfect. The beach is right across the street. It is approximately .9 miles to the village which is walkable but there is also shuttles that are extremely accessible. Plenty of space. We had 6 adults at one time and there was plenty of room. There is a pool with an area for cooking out which we enjoyed. The condo was decorated nicely. The one bed will need to be replaced but I know they are doing some upgrades. All and all we enjoyed are stay very much and would recommend.

The laundry was credit card operated and it was common for the whole floor.

You can walk to the village in less than 15 minutes or wait for the numerous trolley's or other buses that come by the property. The rides are free (well...free but you need to top the driver) The Condo and property was very nice. Exactly what you see in the pictures. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is an excellent location. We enjoyed sitting out in the Lanai with our drinks. The pool and area around the pool was very nice. The owners were very nice and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this condo again and recommend it to others.

It was obvious from the pictures that the master had two beds instead of a king, but it did not mention how uncomfortable all the beds are at this property. They are so hard, squeaky, headboards not attached properly, and desperately need replaced. There should definitely be a king size bed in the master for couples vs a Queen and full. The bedding is so old and outdated as well. That part was so unfortunate because everyone deserves and wants a good nights rest while on vacation for a week. There was also a cockroach aka palmetto bug in the condo that we killed (praying eggs didn’t come home with us). The condo did not have any Tupperware for snacks to take to the beach or pool, the ice maker does not work (we froze empty water bottles to pack in the cooler and bought bags of ice for drinks), and did not have any to-go type coffee mugs to take with on morning walks. The sun umbrellas were broke and beach chairs all rusty but at least usable with a towel. The pool has very minimal shallow area. The location was good though and convenient to everything. I would not rent this condo again unless new beds and bedding were incorporated.

The property is kept up very well. It was quiet and safe. Location is perfect to go to beach and also trolley to the village.

The location was great, the condo bones itself updated and cozy. The condo amenities were excellent. Feedback I would provide is to update the furniture. Most of the chairs/couches support is gone and pillows needed to correct this. Also, all bathroom rugs could be replaced as they have no backing to keep them in place creating a fall risk. Overall great experience.

Just an awesome property in an awesome location. Unit was exactly as advertised. Well decorated, clean, and comfortable. It is located right across from the beach and a short walk to the Village. There is also a trolley stop right out front that gives free rides (no tipping allowed). I especially enjoyed the large enclosed patio facing the ocean. This was a feal gem of a find for my wife and I.
