La amabilidad de la recepcionista, no dudo en ofrecernos parking con techo, ya que estaba el hotel con poca ocupación y estaba nevando bastante.

Great location especially if you have finished the west highland way as an 2 minute walk from the end of the way. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff at reception and throughout the hotel.

A very comfortable bed in a room with modern decor. The nespresso machine and complimentary drinks and snacks in the room was a nice touch.

No parking available and the bathroom was very small.

The room was well heated which was good as it was around 0 degrees the nights we stayed. The Scottish tea cakes and crisps were a nice touch as was the bottle of water to fill the kettle which didn't fit under the tap in the sink. The hotel was a decent price and we liked that we could walk along the high street to the pubs and restaurants in the evening.

We had a lot of wet clothes after hiking Ben Nevis in the snow so could have done with a couple more hooks in the room (there are a few which would be fine when it isn't winter). We had a road-side room which was noisier than expected but I had asked for a view of the mountain so fair enough... The hotel is pet friendly and we did hear dog barks a few times. The duvet cover was too big for the duvet so the top foot of it was just cover and no duvet - turning it round we had the same issue. No-one came to service our room between our first and second night, not too much of an issue but I wasn't aware that there was apparently no housekeeping. The shower, even using the curtain, made the bathroom floor wet which didn't evaporate/dry quickly.

Not really a dislike but strange a hotel doesn't serve food in evenings or barsnacks. What a way to lose out on money. We gave it to other places.

Breakfast was very disappointing.... Had to ask for breakfast and once it arrived, it was barely cooked and luke warm. Very disappointing and definitely not worth £15!!!

Sehr Freundliches Personal, Gepäck konnte vor dem Check-In abgegeben werden. Zimmergrösse genügend, aber dafür sehr schön eingerichtet Super bequemes Bett (für schwere Personen eher ein bisschen weich :-) ) Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Auswahl ausreichend und frisch zubereitet

Die Grösse des Zimmers ist gerade so ausreichend, dürfte ein bisschen grösser sein.
