Port Hudson Marina è a soli due chilometri di distanza, vicino a Get Hooked Bar & Grill, Fun Food! MOLTI campi da golf tutti facilmente raggiungibili!
Vieni a vedere Hudson Beach, a breve distanza ... lì troverai aree picnic pubbliche / griglie per barbecue / parco giochi / ristoranti raffinati. I ristoranti includono Sam's Beach Bar! ~ con una vista pittoresca sul Golfo! A sole cinque miglia (o meno) troverai: Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Carrabba's, Target, Super WalMart, Dillards, Burdines, Beall's e molti altri posti fantastici!

Le piastrelle di ceramica sono state installate in tutta la casa oltre a essere dipinte di fresco e tutti i nuovi arredi! Non fumare per favore. Meticolosamente pulito e curato nei dettagli! Tutti gli asciugamani, le lenzuola sono forniti e pronti per il tuo arrivo! Abbiamo un servizio di manutenzione settimanale per la nostra piscina e la cura del prato! Quindi puoi semplicemente sederti, rilassarti e divertirti! Abbiamo tutto, basta portare la valigia!
Il bungalow offre una spaziosa cucina abitabile con nuovi elettrodomestici / armadi e ripiani + cucina completamente attrezzata!
L'esterno comprende un generoso pontile galleggiante se è necessario attraccare la barca e un ponte a bordo piscina con un paesaggio professionale. Inoltre, un ponte di osservazione ben costruito che ti darà una splendida vista verso il Golfo! Goditi il relax (o la pesca) in questo bellissimo angolo del lungomare! Completamente recintato in cantiere! BBQ Grill e 2 kayak disponibili per l'uso!
Questa proprietà è adiacente a un santuario degli uccelli protetto, quindi è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, mentre trascorri del tempo fuori ... magari anche facendo un pisolino nella nostra amaca a bordo piscina!
Telecamere di sicurezza esterne per una maggiore sicurezza. Il rilevatore di fumo chiama aiuto dai vigili del fuoco locali quando viene rilevato fumo. Il sistema di sicurezza consente la comunicazione diretta da parte del personale di Rescue tramite il nostro pannello di controllo nel soggiorno. Pulsante one touch polizia, fuoco e salvataggio.

Great clean bungalow! Host is very attentive. Property is clean and exactly as shown in listing. Pool was great and refreshing. We will definitely be back!

Worth every penny! Very pleased with our stay at this home. DeeDee (our host) was very responsive and attentive. The home itself was clean and well stocked with towels, linens and all the kitchenware needed to cook. More importantly, all the amenities advertised were functional including the gas grill. The area was quiet and peaceful. Hudson has a variety of great hole in the wall restaurants and is just over an hour from Tampa. Great location, great home and great host. I highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful stay DeeDee.

Really clean and well maintained. The pool was great to swim in during the day! The fire pit was easy to use and enjoyable. Got lots of towels and linens to use. DeeDee was really easy to talk to and very accommodating.

I was a little concerned as we drove into the neighborhood but when we arrived at the property, it’s a gem! Immaculate, with a nice kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a meal and take it outside to eat on the deck. Fun kayaking right off the dock especially at sunset. A quiet getaway.

Excellent stay. Home was as good or better than advertised, was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Nice quiet location and not far to all amenities. Neighbours were very friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

Our trip was amazing and the pool was phenomenal. Our kids and us parents loved the house and it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Anywhere you stay will have some issues pop up but how those issues are handled will make or break your vacation. We had an issue with the outdoor grill and I will say the host DeeDee had a brand new one setup and waiting for us the same day we told her about it. Excellent customer service!

Loved our stay here! Emaculate, well stocked, fantastic corner lot on water! Loved every minute here! Had a bit of trouble entering the unit after a very long day of travel and DeeDee was immediately available to let us in remotely!

Wonderful and charming house right on a canal. Fish, swim and play here! Great beaches not too far.

Waterfront Escape
My sister and I, along with our 4 teens spent a week of Spring Break here. Great water front, quiet community. We loved the kayaks to paddle out to the Gulf.
Property was very clean and had every amenity you can imagine! Pool is not heated so heads up it is chilly in cooler months - we still all got in and had fun!
This is a great get away. If you are looking for an escape from the crowds of people this is it!

The bungalow met our needs nicely. Enjoyed being on the canal to the gulf to observe nature, people, activities like boating and fishing and beautiful sunsets. We had two visitors so the second bedroom was great.

Not only was the bungalow clean and right on the water, Dee was a perfect communicator! We had a fantastic almost two weeks. We enjoyed the floating dock to dock a boat and fishing on the property. The observation deck was a great bonus, especially on New Year's Eve to see fireworks. Thank you!
