This is our 2nd summer staying there and everything was great. We didn't need for anything. We were one block from the beach and all the fun OOB has to offer. The house was super clean and stocked with necessities. Even has beach chairs floates etc. I highly recommend Sadie's place.

Sadie’s place had enough indoor space that the 6 adults and 4 children in our party weren’t on top of each other all the time. We even had a nearby family member join us for a few nights and he said the couch on the enclosed porch was super comfy. We spent most of our time using the outdoor space for enjoying the ocean breeze and grilling out. Beach toys and chairs galore were available to borrow, which was a huge crowns pleaser for the kids. The fun of palace play land and the pier were just steps away (no more paying to use the restroom) but the smell of fried food did make us break our diets once or twice! The house is full of a ton of amenities we didn’t expect: Bluetooth speakers, games, books. If you need to fill time on a rainy day saidie’s place has you covered. My advice: go ahead and book it! And when you get there, do yourself a favor and spend some time hanging out with Ms. P. You won’t regret it!

We had an amazing week! The house was everything we hoped for and more. Ben the owner and Pauline the property manager were available for any questions and were very welcoming. We were 2 families and there was plenty of room. Very close to the beach and you can see fireworks from the porch. The sun porch was one of the best features of the house. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a great stay at Sadie's Place. Everything was as expected from the property description. The pictures didn't do it justice! Ben and Miss P were very accommodating and available for any questions we had! Can't wait to go back!

Our favorite spot in the house was the lovely screened-in porch. We sat for hours and people watched. You can also see the Thursday night fireworks from there! Some days we had mostly all windows open bc the breeze was amazing! Our family of 7 fit perfectly in Sadie’s Place. We had everything we needed at the house or within a 5 minute walk.

We stayed for a month and it worked really well for our large family. The property has some parking, which is vital for Old Orchard Beach. Owner very responsive and helpful. Nice kitchen and nicely furnished. We loved it and highly recommend.

Second year here at Sadie’s place and dang we are bummed to leave. Super close to the amusement park and OOB pier. Great view of Thursday night fireworks from the front porch / sidewalk. The house is clean, plenty of towels, three bogey boards and a few beach chairs for guest use. Overall, solid place and I’ll be back again next year!

We stayed for a month and it worked really well for our large family. The property has some parking, which is vital for Old Orchard Beach. Owner very responsive and helpful. Nice kitchen and nicely furnished. We loved it and highly recommend.

Nice two family home. We only saw the occupant of the other unit once the entire week. The owner lives next door and they are super nice. Property manager is very responsive to questions. Bedrooms are spacious, ample closet and dresser space for clothes in each room. Plenty of bath towels. Three boogie boards, a skim board and a small sand cart are at the house for occupants use! Super close to carnival and all of the downtown OOB sights and restaurants! No ice machine in the freezer so maybe bring a bag with you. Hoping to get back in next year!

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. It is incredibly conveniently located. The neighborhood was very quiet, the house was phenomenal and clean. This was the best lodging we have had for our family vacation, and we have been traveling to the OOB area annually for the last 16 years. We couldn’t recommend Sadie’s place more. It was/is awesome!

A wonderful house. Had everything we needed upon arrival. Beautiful spot, close to the beach but slightly removed from the noise. I would definately rent here again.

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. The house was spacious and peaceful and fun with all amenities needed. The location was great. Would definitely stay again!

I highly recommend this property. Kathy was great and the entire process was easy. She met us beforehand to give us the keys and explain everything we needed to know. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed for the week. Location is perfect for the beach/pier/restaurants/bars. Also, It’s an easy 30 minute drive to Portland. I would absolutely stay again.

From the homey touches in decorations and a fabulous location, all was great! If you plan on cooking, I'd suggest bringing measuring spoons and cups, and some wooden stirring spoons. A great experiences overall.
