Très belle établissement complètement refait à neuf avec de très belles prestations
Dans le cadre de notre séjour, nous avons apprécié une chambre remarquablement confortable dotée de services haut de gamme. Cependant, notre expérience a été entachée par l'absence de volets aux fenêtres, laissant passer la lumière, ainsi que par le niveau sonore notable. Nous avons été perturbés par le passage fréquent de personnes dans le couloir en direction de leurs chambres, ce qui engendrait des bruits audibles. De plus, la fermeture des portes voisines provoquait un effet d'appel d'air, entraînant le claquement de notre propre porte, même fermée et verrouillée correctement. En dehors de ces aspects, aucun reproche n'est à formuler concernant le reste de notre séjour.

Very cute boutique hotel - nicely redone with two restaurants, we had dinner in the classic French brasserie. Altogether a rare find at the Côte: charming with extremely friendly and highly professional staff in all parts - from reception to restauration. Will definitely return, merci beaucoup!

L'emplacement au centre de la ville et bordure de mer.
Les animaux sont admis moyennant 20 € par nuit pour un petit chien je trouve ça un peu cher

L emplacement de l hôtel avec vue sur mer la proximité de la gare et des plages et commerces.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour un grand merci au personnel très professionnel et vraiment sympathique. Je recommande cet hotel

We thought that the hotel was excellent. The facilities - restaurant, rooms, etc were first class and the staff were really warm and welcoming and we appreciated their attention.
The only thing that we thought could be improved was a lounge-type area with comfortable chairs where one could spend a couple of hours with a book or just relaxing.

Wunderschöne Suite mit super Grundriss und grossem Bett. Schnuckliges kleines Hotel mit wundervollem Charme. Herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Toller Ausblick, tolle Lage, leckeres Frühstück.
Direkt an einer grossen Strasse gelegen ist es trotz geschlossener Fenster teilweise recht laut.

It was in a great location right in the main street (but quite). 5 min walk from the train station. 5min walk to 2 lovely sandy beaches. The hotel is beautiful with large rooms and beautiful decor. The staff were lovely and the restaurant was excellent! I would definitely stay here again. The best hotel in San Raphaël! 10 out of 10

Location is awesome, right on the old port, a block from a beach and in the center of many shops and restaurants. Great service and responsiveness.

very small room, I wouldn’t qualify it as a 5 star hotel. Carpark costs 30e per night. For that price you’ll expect charging your electric car should be possible, but it isn’t.

I love the decoration and staff.
The breakfast was not good. They should clarify that it is continental. No variety, the fruit was not fresh and strawberries had mold when we complained the person at the hotel said " thanks for sppotting it" but he did not offer an alternative. Definitely, nice hotel but I would recommend have breakfast somewhere else. Not worth it the money.
