Location was close to the Liberdade metro and in the middle of the Japanese district so great if that's what you're after. Staff were fine and room was comfortable

The radio system kept going off (loud) when I tried to charge to my phone on it, TV satellite didn't work, was noisy

Great location in the heart of Liberdade, the Japanese quarter of São Paulo. Lots of souvenir shops, authentic Japanese restaurant and safe vibes. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and neither very modern.

I like design of room in japan style. Big mirrors in the room. Staff was friendly. And lighting ✨️ in room was nice too. Tv was nice too. Nice hot water in shower.

The smell in the room was not pleasant 😕. It was not cleaned properly before. 😑 AC not working good.

The hotel location is superb, it is quite safe outside during late hours, the rooms are big, comfortable and cozy.

The room was beautiful with a nice layout and made romantic.

We asked for vegetarian food (a simple cheese and bread sandwich and the hotel staff said no problem. I ended up with a ham and cheese sandwiches and accidentally ate some before I noticed that it had meat. I am very displeased with this as I’ve been a vegetarian for over three years. Disappointing with the lack of care even when emphasis was put on only cheese.

The location is good, especially since Liberdade has great restaurants that were within walking distance. Slippers were provided in the bedroom which was nice, and the breakfast provided was great - lots of options and very tasty fresh fruit. The provided breakfast was a highlight and is the biggest reason I'd return.

It is more motel than hotel, but that's fine, just manage your expectations. For example there wasn't a dresser nor a luggage rack in the room. It was a small room with a mirror on the ceiling. The bed was okay, not very comfortable, but fine since we don't have pain issues. I suggest that the hotel provide more in the bathroom, like pump shampoo and conditioner and soap. Oh and in the bathroom the towel hangers are inside the shower...it worked but was weird.
