The location was great and the room was nice and well-stocked. I was provided with plenty of towels.

The bathroom was messy. People smoked outside my room. The kitchen smelled and the refrigerator was full of spoiled food. My hiking poles went missing while I was there.

Excellent location. Exactly what we wanted for our stay - clean, everything there that we needed but no 'frills''. I'd definitely stay there again

Nothing - I knew there was no parking, but that was resolved by a car park not far away.

Great location. Clean and had everything needed. The only thing it could have done with was a fan! I've stayed in different rooms here which do have a fan and as it was really hot a fan would have been helpful.

We arrived at the property at 9:30pm and they didn’t send us any details on how to get in. We had to call to find out. Also they didn’t provide any reason why they needed proof of my home address when I’ve never had to do that with other properties.

Host said he will send email with door code on the morning of arrival, I told him per email while we were still at home, we will be unable to retrieve email until a later day due to not having an UK phone plan. If our cab driver wouldn't be so helpful, we would have spent the night OUT ON THE STREETS!!!!! The water kettle had rust in it and someone could have been hurt if using it - it was replaced a few hours before we left. There was NO toilet paper for the first 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! A Lady from Canada had the same problem getting into her room, and I let her use my phone with newly furbished UK #. The host came at that point in person and when I told him about our problems with not being able to get to email or to call him to get into the building, he yelled at me that I'm the only person ever that had that problem and he has thousands of people staying at his rooms per year. When I told him about the Canadian Lady's same problem, he shrugged his shoulders and left. It seemed to me as he implied I'm a liar.

Weeks before the booking date, I phoned and text the owner (no email address) that I would not be staying and to cancel the booking. They agreed yet they still kept my money. This is a totally appalling. In addition to the booking fee they want to charge me for cleaning.

Pretty well everything. The owner didn't cancel the booking despite agreeing to the cancellation and still charged me. The owner also had the nerve to charge me for cleaning even though I didn't stay. Communication was appallingly poor. The whole experience was totally unacceptable.

First of all, it was Super hard to find. No sign, no picture on booking of outside the building, it said our room was 8 and outside it said rooms 1-5. I reached out to message and no one responded. Second, do not stay here if you are here after a very long flight. Even though they have a pretty early check out at 10 and check in at 3- they felt like cleaning must be done at 7 pm. They must have cleaned every single floor, and silverware. For someone who just wanted to sleep, this is not okay. Also, whoever monitored the messages on here, is not there. So they do not understand messages if you are lost or there is an event that happens at the location. ( So basically useless) They have a LOVELY outdoor backyard but don’t have any tables and no more then 3 chairs, this would be lovely to add. The shared bathroom was clean, no shampoo or conditioner or body wash, so bring your own. Overall, the staff does not understand when to be at the property and when to not be there. I would not book again.

the accommodation is quite roomy, you've got independent bathrooms, with working shower. the heater in the room is function well, and it's also generally quite quiet throughout the day, which makes it an excellent place if you're looking for a breakout from the busy and hustling big city life

there're beetles in the room, and i had to buy some pest repellant for that. the bed is broken, and there's no table provided. the shower glass door doesn't shut & seal tight, so it could get pretty leaky when you're done showering. and the place is a bit pricey for it's value

I had not received information on how to get in the building and there was no staff at the location..When I called the number , the man(Lee) was outraged that I was bothering him after hours and berated me for not having the door code , saying no one else had ever had that problem. He was horribly rude. and clearly did not want to help me. He finally agreed to look up the information and call me back, quite put out. When asked how long it would take, since I was cold standing outside the door, he snapped, “Well I’m cold too!” He did text the codes, but when I finally got inside and called him back, I got voicemail.
