Dopo 1 anno di grande successo, Tremezzo Stay è così orgoglioso di presentare la nostra seconda casa! Questa casa di oltre 3000 piedi quadrati si trova in uno splendido lotto sul lungomare di 5 acri. Dobbiamo calorosamente soprannominare questo capolavoro "Spencer Creek Cabin". Diciamo "TRUE SAINT MICHAELS" a causa di alcune esperienze di noleggio negative che noi stessi abbiamo avuto prima di conoscere questa zona incredibilmente bella. Durante l'affitto siamo finiti in "pseudo-Saint Michaels" ... due volte. Mentre l'intera costa orientale è pittoresca, la comodità e l'esperienza per cui ci siamo registrati non è stata garantita. Quindi, mentre cercavamo una casa che i nostri ospiti potessero godere al massimo sapevamo che dovevamo consegnare tutto senza alcuna eccezione per la posizione. Con Spencer Creek Cabin- abbiamo fatto proprio questo !! La posizione è la perfezione per qualsiasi gruppo. L'unica strada per Saint Michaels (via terra) è Saint Michaels Road. Circa 1 miglio prima di entrare nel centro storico di Saint Michaels devi fare solo 1 giro e benvenuti in paradiso. Siamo tornati sull'acqua, proprio al largo della via principale, da un viale alberato maturo. C'è un negozio di alimentari di Graul dall'altra parte della strada. È un mercato superbo e amichevole che dovrebbe soddisfare la maggior parte delle tue esigenze di vacanza ... e vendono birra e vino. C'è anche una stazione di benzina e un avamposto di caffè boutique drive-through. Ora, con tutto ciò notato, stai per circa 5-10 minuti in bicicletta dal centro di Saint Michaels (a seconda del tuo spaccio).
Spencer Creek Cabin è un vero gioiello. Ci siamo innamorati della proprietà nel momento in cui abbiamo messo piede su di essa e non vediamo l'ora di fare ricordi di famiglia nella zona, proprio come molti dei nostri ospiti. Quando entri in casa, ti senti realizzato. Il desiderio di fuggire e godersi la vita è in tuo possesso. Benvenuti a Saint Michaels!

This is a marvelous home away from home for a family get together. My husband, two daughters and their young children were very impressed with the playground, kyacks, swimming pool, quiet bed space, crib, high chair, and s'mores basket the owners left for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with items to begin our stay. The location is perfect, close to the grocery store and seafood market for delicious crab cakes. There is a fresh produce stand right close by as well for corn, tomatoes, peaches, etc. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend this location and house for a family getaway.

Stayed for a long weekend with friends and enjoyed every minute. This is terrific property with all the amenities, appliances, houseware and supplies you would need.

Marissa was a gracious host who ensured a perfect stay for our family with 2 children, 3 grandparents, my wife, and me. Each one of us had an amazing time— eating crabs on the deck, family meals in the spacious dining room, basketball games, throwing a football, fishing, kayaking, pool, air hockey, birdwatching, s’mores, exploring St Michael’s,…. There were endless activities for everyone. Wish we had booked a longer stay. Thank you, Marissa!

A group of us travel to Maryland every year for some waterfowl fun and this was the first year we decided not to stay in a hotel. Upon finding the listing it seemed to good to be true. The location and the house did not disappoint one bit. Located on a peaceful plot with some great views and quiet. The house itself had everything you could ask for, was extremely clean and so easy to checkin and check out. The owners were super helpful and just a nice. Every single guy said they would have no problem coming right back to this house next year! While we didn't use all the amenities the house offers (like the pool), I highly recommend this property to a large group.

A fantastic house on the water with tons to do for the kids - pool, kayak/canoes, jungle gym, fishing, fire pit for s'mores and so much space to play! House was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Marissa was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with. Don't sleep on this one!

We decided to take a last minute getaway before school starts for the kids and are so glad we chose this property! The setting is gorgeous and we spent most of our days out by the pool and looking at the gorgeous river views. The house is great for families and is conveniently located incredibly close to a full service grocery store and an outpost of a local coffee shop. We also took the short drive into town a few times and it was super easy to pop in for dinner, shopping and sightseeing. The owner was really nice and very attentive via phone and text. We’ll be back!

Our family had a great time at this well decorated and comfortable home. It was large enough for all 8 of us. We especially enjoyed the pool and access to the water for sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The keyless entry was very convenient. The games in the entertainment room were a big hit with the kids. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you, Marissa, for a wonderful stay.

St. Michael’s Getaway
My family and I enjoyed the charming boutique shops and delicious seafood from local restaurants, as well as the peacefulness of the cottage on the water. There was lots to do and plenty of activities for the kiddos. A great family vacation!

Amazing getaway!
Well located with easy access to the excitement of downtown St Michael’s which we enjoyed but our favorite part of the trip may have been staying on the property and enjoying the beautiful views and playing in the pool!

This house was exactly what I expected based on the listing, from the interior and the pool to the kayaks and the bikes. Its minutes from the strip, and still has a good deal of privacy. This location is absolutely perfect for families and we’d highly recommend it.

Great property to get away and enjoy St. Micheals
The house had everything! We had every kind of weather and the house kept the adults and kiddo entertained equally! The views are beautiful, the pool kept us cool on hot days, the family went out in the kayaks, our 2-year old loved the playground, and we even took the bikes for a spin. We were able to have R&R time with the privacy of the house and easily go to downtown St. Micheals for all the yummy food and quaint shops. The seafood market across the street was great for grilling at the house as well! The host couldn’t have been easier to communicate with and was super helpful up to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

It was our second time staying at this property. It is a great house close to town. The pool is great and the views are picture perfect. Owner is lovely and very responsive and accommodating. We stayed with extended family and had a great time and will definitely come back.

Fantastic Property in a Gorgeous Location
The pictures online does not do this property justice. The owner has impeccable taste with their interior design style and my family and friends enjoyed this fantastic property and all it had to offer. It allowed for both privacy and very close location to all of Saint Michaels amenities and beautiful views.

40's Birthday in St Michaels
I absolutely loved this house! It's perfect for ages, there's something from everyone. Pool, playset, bikes, less than a mile from downtown shopping and restaurants. My family loved it so much we're now considering buying a place in the same location. I cannot say enough good things able the entire experience.

The house is lovely and close to a grocery store and has station. The drive thru kiosk of rise up coffee right next to the house was a treat! All the restaurants we tried were amazing.

Very comfortable, great for kids!
We found this property to live up to every expectation as listed. The bedrooms were comfortable, good shades to keep out light (important for kids!), the master bed was extremely comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with any pots, pans, utensils you could need. The game room was perfect for kids. Unfortunately we were there during an ice storm so we could not take advantage of the outdoor space, but the grounds are extensive and private, and I can imagine many fun lawn games and water activities. Thank you Marissa!

Great house right on the water, lots of cool things for kids (8, 3 and 1) to play with in and out of house.
