BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH HEATED POOL!!!
La nostra casa senza fumo si trova a 1 miglio dal South Venice Ferry. L'accesso al traghetto, che ti porta alla famosa spiaggia privata, è gratuito con il nostro noleggio. Il traghetto parte ogni 30 minuti.
Casa accogliente, recentemente ristrutturata, confortevole in un quartiere tranquillo. House è stato recentemente aggiornato per farti sentire a tuo agio e soddisfare le tue esigenze. Living Room e Master Bedroom hanno appena ricevuto un nuovo arredamento per rendere piacevole il vostro soggiorno. La piscina riscaldata rende piacevole una nuotata. Due delle tre camere sono dotate di TV e letti queen size. La terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale con una doppia estraibile sul fondo. Il soggiorno ha una TV da 60 pollici per il tuo piacere di visione. Wireless meno internet è fornito. La grande piscina in gabbia ha una bella area all'aperto per rilassarsi e godersi il sole. Grill a gas è fornito. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha assolutamente tutto il necessario. Grande tavolo nella sala da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere per farti sentire a tuo agio durante i tuoi pasti.
Centri commerciali con ristoranti, bar, negozi di alimentari e distributori di benzina si trovano a pochi minuti di distanza dalla casa.

The house was beautifully laid out and spacious. Our granddaughter spent most of the day(s) in the pool. We couldn’t be more happier! The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.

This is our second visit at Luke’s house. This visit was even better than the first. We highly recommend. The house, neighborhood, area, and beaches are a vacation dream for retired folks. Luke is very responsive, friendly, and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in Venice. The home was exactly as described and was the perfect size for our two family, 4 adults/2 children, long weekend adventure. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed during our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There are several stores nearby if you need to pick up supplies.

We loved the house. We enjoyed the pool and grill. The bedrooms were big, enough room in livingroom for all of us to be together. It was set up well for people to enjoy.

We appreciated how well stocked the house was. They had everything we needed. Check in and out were a breeze. Pool was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Really appreciated the cleanliness of the house. No complaints.

The description of the home was very accurate. The house was very clean upon check-in and communication with the owner was great (very quick responses). The house came with a lot items, which meant we didn’t have to pack a lot of bulky items (beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, paper products). The pool was very clean too. The location was also great as it was only 15 minutes from Venice Beach and near a lot of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying here. The neighborhood was very quiet, house is very clean and spacious, and it was very well stocked with everything. Luke was great to work with, and we will be back again in the near future! Also, we enjoyed having the pool. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time at Luke's place during the month of January 2023. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast in the sun next to the well-maintained pool every morning. The warm pool water and the extra-large lanai were very relaxing. The location was perfect for us, being close proximity to the Legacy Bike Trail, which we rode our bikes to nearly every day. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the backyard was mostly private with enough distance between the houses. The home has an open floor plan, and the beds were comfortable. Luke was a great host. He was very responsive by telephone and in person helping us resolve any issue or answering any of our questions. We had a great time and we'd definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Luke!

Enjoyable stay
Myself and two of my coworkers were staying in this area for work. I liked this place because every bedroom had a queen sized bed, so each of us had a comfortable place to sleep. The pool is a nice size and felt great after a long hard days work. We also enjoyed hanging out in the living room to watch a movie. Overall a very nice place to stay with all the amenities we could want.

We had a fantastic week at the house! The pool was the biggest bonus and was used everyday! Location is in a quiet neighborhood:). House was clean and had everything we needed for the week. It was also a nice bonus to have beach chairs and gear to use! Only downfall was that the ferry service wasn’t available as advertised.

Chery and Peggy’s 2 month vacation
We truly enjoyed our two month stay.
The property is very close to everything you need: beaches, shopping and restaurants. We frequently took advantage of the heated pool which was maintained weekly by the landlord Luke.
Luke is a great owner promptly responding to any concern or request.
We’ll be returning again.

We enjoyed our stay mostly. We were disappointed in the fact that the heated pool doesn’t heat when the temperature outside is below 60 degrees. We spent the extra for this home because of the heated pool and only got to use it one day. It wasn’t written that this could be a hit or miss. So we didn’t enjoy the home in the way that we planned to. My kids were disappointed.
The city of Venice is very peaceful although we saw zero black people in that city. It seems like a retirement community. Everyone was fairly nice but we got a lot of stares. The beach was lovely and the owner had some tools you can use to search for shark teeth. He also has access to a ferry which is really cool. The home was nice although the Wifi was very slow. The food in the area is good and there are multiple types to choose from. We travelled to Tampa for the Aquarium and went to Sarasota to have a bit more fun. It wasn’t too far away. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Four stars.

Excellent accommodations!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this property. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was a big hit with the children and adults - and we appreciated that it was heated and ready when we arrived. Luke was extremely responsive before and during our stay. We would recommend this property in a heartbeat. Very inviting, comfortable and relaxing- just what we were looking for!
