Excellent location right in the heart of Leamington, and with a VERY good little bakery right next door (nice place for breakfast), there's on-street parking available or alternatively the St Peter's multi-storey is only a few minutes' walk away.

Alain was a very friendly host. He helped us carry our bags from to and from our car and up and down a flight of stairs.

We were put in a replacement apartment as ours was double booked and weren't warned until opened the front door of the replacement.. The replacement apartment was supposed to be an upgrade. It had all the amenities listed for booked apartment but it was extremely outdated and cluttered. The carpet in the kitchen was held down by duck tape and the towel rail in the bathroom was rusted. There was a table in the middle of the kitchen which took up too much space and made it difficult to move around. Table wasn't necessary as there was another one in the lounge area. If that was an upgrade I'd hate to see my original apartment.

The Location was extremely good. It was just in the middle of the town center and access to all amenities . Tesco , CO-Op, M&S , Is all just walkable distance .
Bus Stop & Railway Station are 5 minutes walk away. Abundant Kitchen vessels for even hosting parties :D :)
The Bay window in Living area is amazing.
The Stay is perfectly good for a very short business trips. The Toilet / Bathroom is very small . Typical issue with every temporary accommodation in UK region.

The accomodation is really good. Alain is a great and helpful person. I totally recommend it!

This was ideally positioned for the Town Centre and for any event in Victoria Park.

There were no cooking implements -spatchalars wooden spoons etc which made serving eggs particularly difficult!
we had to pre wash some of the oven trays 😳

Location was excellent
Towels, 1 towel which I would have used to dry a dog. Oven was dirty. Shower was tiny, couldn’t raise my leg to wash my feet and I am slim.

Ideal location. Quiet & pleasant street in the very heart of the town. Easy access to shops, restaurants, beautiful walks.
Bed is small & uncomfortable. Shower is minuscule. Chairs around dining table are shabby. Kitchen basics were lacking (salt, paper towels).

The apartment is located within a period English home.
Very well presented, with high-quality furniture and decorations.
Very friendly host.
The kitchen includes every kind of glass, crockery and utensil imaginable.
The windows are not double-glazed, which could result in some noise. The area is usually very quiet though.

The picture on Booking.com is about as good as you get, everything else about this place is downhill from there.
The place needs a thorough clean, declutter and modernising. Oh, and burn the outdated poorly repaired furniture)
