Good location, room is comfortable, nice view on the rooftop and it’s clean
Check-in at 16h… and check-out at 10h… and they keep your bags after check-out but for 300¥ PER bag…

The view ( all the town have it)
No dialogue with the owner, we send many massage no answer
3 shower for ~10 room full of People. it was always full !
The Washing machine is not good and the dryer does not work ( we put 1200yen and the clothes were still wet)
The room was extremly tiny and it was for 4 peolpe we were 3)
To conclude
I was deeply disapointed and really recommand you to not come here

Everything! It was super clean, great location and there is even a rooftop from where you can see Mt. Fuji. Would have loved to stay there longer than 1 night.

Das Hostel ist an sich schön gebaut, wird aber leider schlecht bewirtschaftet. Die sanitären Anlagen waren schmutzig, selbst um 10 : 00 Uhr am nächsten Tag übervolle Mülleimer,die eh sehr klein und wenig da waren für die vielen Menschen. Die Küche völlig verschmutzt, dies war nicht Schmutz von den gerade anwesenden Gästen. Keine Möglichkeit sich die Hände irgendwo abzutrocknen auf WC etc. Der Kaffee-und Wasserautomat schmutzig. Die Zimmer sehr,sehr klein, kein Schrank oder Platz irgendwo etwas abzulegen. Personal sieht man überhaupt nicht. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht, es gibt Hostels oder traditionelle japanische Unterkünfte in der selben Preisklasse, die durchaus sehr viel besser sind.

駅からも近いし、車で行っても、通り沿いなので分かりやすかった。
室内も新しく綺麗でした。スタッフは、いませんが、メールでのやり取りがスムーズに出来て良かったです。
シャワールームのパッキンの所のカビが気になりました。

La habitacion es muy comoda y todo funciona fluidamente. Hay que tener en cuenta de que no hay personas atendiendo, entonces hay que estar atento al telefono y tener internet para poder hacer check in.
La ubicacion es espectacular, muy cerca de la estacion de tren y con vista al Mt Fuji.

Very accessible location. The self check-in process was also smooth. I felt safe the entire stay as a solo traveller and it even had a homey feel. The rooftop view of Mt Fuji on a clear morning was fantastic.
The rooftop area either was under construction or not well maintained--it could have been a more relaxing rooftop experience. There was a kitchen but there's no information given to you whatsoever so I did not discover it until I saw the signs to the kitchen. There was also the issue of the toilets not being cleaned/cleared of trash often enough as the trash bin gets full quite fast.

ทำเลดีมาก อยู่สถานี Mt. Fuji ซึ่งทำให้ราคาไม่แพงเท่าสถานีอื่น แถมมองเห็นฟูจิใกล้ๆ ได้เลย จองไปเป็นห้องแบบครอบครัว กว้างกว่าที่คิดมากๆ เตียงใหญ่เลย เราพักแค่ 3 คน ที่พอเหลือๆ อุปกรณ์มีให้ครบแต่กระจกเล็กไปหน่อย มีดาดฟ้าที่เป็นจุดถ่ายรูปฟูจิด้วย ไปนั่งเล่นชิลๆ ได้
ที่พักเป็น Hostel ผนังเลยบางหน่อย ห้องข้างๆ เหมือนเป็นห้องรวมเสียงดังไปหน่อย ห้องน้ำผู้หญิงสะอาดนะ ทุกคนรักษาความสะอาดดี แต่ที่บ้านบอกว่าห้องน้ำชายเหม็นมากๆ

位置是随时都能看见富士山，价格还便宜房间整洁干净，榻榻米床垫和被子很舒服，日本的宾馆和旅馆不论大小都很干净的

Property was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Had women only sections which was also nice. The view of mt. fuji from the roof top was one of the best views of it I saw. Amazing!
It’s all self done, didn’t see a single staff member which was fine but it would have nice been nice if we had been able to drop our bags off there since check in wasn’t til 4. But honestly not a big deal. there a coin lockers at the station which is like a 5 minute walk away.

I can say that i view of Fuji is much closer and clearer than one from Kawaguchigo Lake

Location was walking distance to Mt. Fuji Station. Room has complete toiletries. CR is not that far from our room. Room is big.
Found some hair strands in the bed. Lock isn't that secured.

Amazing view of Mt. Fuji from the rooftop (also from our room!). Really good for the cheap price. Also near to the train station and from food options.
Be aware that it's online self check-in and no staff is present on site.
