Nice quaint updated unit near the north causeway bridge, several restaurants and a coffee shop nearby. Outdoor courtyard was nice. Easy access and parking.

It was a beautiful place in a great location a block off the marina- where my kids were able to see dolphins. Very clean, everything is working order, and safe area. We would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place. The space was nice and clean, all updated and the beds & large sofa was very comfortable. What made this space even better was the ability to park our truck & trailer there overnight. We have a 30’ boat with trailer & it fit perfectly. We will definitely be back again!

Stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay close to anything you might like to do in New Smyrna, beach, restaurants and downtown. Great spot!

Other than some miscommunication around the door code upon check-in, this 2/2 condo was fantastic!
For the price, you can’t beat the location and what the place offers. I would definitely stay here again.

Steve is a wonderful host, very easy to talk with. His home is so immaculate and clean. The beds were great, living area nice and functional. Just walk out the door and across the bridge to Flagler Ave. for breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms. Perfect for our party of three. Very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if needed in New Smyrna Beach.

We live about an hour away but wanted some place close to a boat ramp and great restaurants. This was it! Plenty of room for the truck and boat/trailer. Walking distance to excellent restaurants: Outriggers, Wake up cafe, and Merk’s. 5 minute drive to canal st or Flagler ave too! Perfect size for me, my husband, and our 5 yr old daughter. Will definitely stay again!

This was a great stay. The space was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the owner was a great communicator. The location was ideal, close to so many things and nice and quiet, even with it being bike week!

Location was perfect Close to everything, a short walk or bike ride to the beach and Flagler Ave. Close to the Marinas as well

Beautiful and clean; very nice furnishings. Accurately described. Very convenient to Flagler Ave. it was helpful having the handicapped parking and walk-in shower for my mom and dad. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Thank you Steven and Andy!

We loved this apartment while visiting NSB. The Croton 2 had everything we needed. We prepared breakfasts and light lunches in. The kitchen was perfect.
The bedroom and bathrooms worked perfectly. It’s centrally located and convenient to Canal Street shopping, restaurants, beach, Dunes Park, Canaveral National Seashore- all things Volusia County.
Had we brought our bikes, the Croton 2 was central for riding in any direction.
We would love to reserve this 1st floor apartment again in the future.

Very clean and well kept condo. Owner was available and answered questions quickly. Not located in town, but close enough to be there in minutes.

Location is ok but it is a hike to the beach carrying all that stuff or you pay $20 a day for your car on the beach. If you are looking to get on the beach daily this place is not for you.

Above and Beyond
From the immaculate terrace all the way to the custom embroidered towels, this place was very impressive! Steve, the owner, was friendly and on his A game! It was very obvious that a lot of thought in care goes into this property! The location didn’t hurt either fun shops, really cool playground/workout area, the intracoastal and the beach all walking distance!!
Oh and the couch was amazing, so cool!!
Thank you, we have found our new spot when visiting family in New Smyrna Beach!!

The address is a little misleading. The GPS shows it to be on the main road (Causeway) but it is actually separated by a feeder or service road. Slightly confusing when trying to find the place in the dark. Otherwise, nice place and it fit my needs. I'd stay again.

This host and property were both amazing. The house was very clean, the pictures don’t do it justice. The check in and out was quick and easy. I would love to stay again, and highly recommend the host and house. My favorite part of this stay was the outside area which is all fenced in and very private. It was a perfect getaway for us.

The Croton II was very clean and comfortable. It’s located in a nice quiet location. Just a short drive to Flagler Ave where there’s restaurants, shops, etc.

Great Stay and Great Location
We had a great time staying at this beach bungalow. We were close to the beach and the downtown Flagler Ave area. We were able to walk to most places and had a lot of fun. Steven made it easy and we’d definitely stay again.
