On ne peut pas rentrer dans l’établissement avec ses chaussures. Notre chambre était situé au quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Nous devions avoir un lit suspendu mais ce ne fut pas le cas.

It's a good location, out of the hustle and bustle of the main square but close enough to walk or get a cheap taxi. Check-in and check-out was smooth. There is a communal kitchen with a fridge, kettle and some things to make drinks. The dogs are super cute and the owner is usually there to answer any questions.

We got home one night and there was no accessible drinking water anywhere. During the three nights that we stayed there our room was never cleaned once, we never got clean towels and I had to ask a staff member for more toilet paper. The bed was sunken and the pillows were flat. The place looks super cute in the photos, but in reality, you are getting what you pay for.

Check in wasn't particularly smooth. After messaging to say I'd be arriving early and an agreement I could leave my bags, there was no sign of anyone when I got there. Another guest let me in the building after an hour. Thankfully someone was there when I got back!

Property is decorated quite modern. Our room was clean and spacious. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Owners are so lovely and helpful. We would stay there again. Thanks for everything guys.

The hotel looks really cozy with 2 cute dogs (Salapao and Arbor) on the first floor. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean with huge windows. They require you to leave the shoes in the front of the house and take a pair of sandals they provided for the room. The air conditioner works great as well as hot water. The bed, blanket and pillow were comfy and clean with a cute plush doll. It helps comforting a solo traveller like me. The location wasn't too far from town centre and main roads where you can easily wait for red taxis. The owners were pretty helpful and shared unlimited clean water and instant noodles. They were quite friendly though the female owner sounded a bit intimidated at times but also helpful. The room also provides free towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo or even toothbrush and toothpaste. I also like how the place was decorated in a very stylish way. Good first impression in Chiangmai!

The flushing had a little problem sometimes. There was also no mountain views as described, I guess it's the newly built buildings in the front which block the view. The location is a little difficult for Grab to find, they always had the location at the previous lane so you might have too keep an eye on Google Map during the ride. If you have motion sickness it might also be wise to request for the room with no swing bed. Last 2 things aren't my complaints just a note: the room doesn't have a TV or minibar. There's a huge fridge in the common area instead.

Such a pleasant experience. Owners are very kind of helpful. Room was clean and the hammock bed puts one into sleep immediately. Would love to be back.

We just had the best stay. The owner is super kind and helpfull. He arranged the motorbike renting and the cab to the airport for us. Room big and clean, small breakfast but enough for us. Cold water available included. The location is really good, near university bar area but in a quiet area. If we ever come back to Chiang Mai, we would stay again without any doubt.

The host was really helpful, and my favorite feature is the swinging bed we stayed in. It was really relaxing and something new for us.

The problem of staying in a guesthouses are if we stay for more than one night, there’s no one who would clean our room and replace our amenities on daily basis and we had to ask for the toiletries.

We had a great stay here and the room was large and comfortable. The best part of the stay though was how friendly and accommodating Gary and his wife. They helped us rent a motorbike and let us keep our bags there while we went to Chiang Rai and did the Mae Hong Son loop. We also loved the dogs!

The location was not in the centre so it’s a little inconvenient if you don’t rent a scooter (15 mins walk).

Room was big, bed was comfortable; the common space had coffee, tea and biscuits free for the guest; water was provided also; wifi ok; lots of restaurants and shops nearby; staff really friedly and helpfull; they let us leave the luggage for 2 days between reservation which we highly appreciated. Rooms are modern furnished but in reality lacks the glamour you see in the pictures. Overall it was a good stay.

Windows don't close well; soundproof is bad; cleaning especially în the bathroom could be improved; no cleaning în the room during 3 days, probably it's on request;

Really clean and new building with big beautiful rooms. Great location, in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of cafes, restaurant and nice shops. 20 min walking to the old town. The best part was the staff, always smiling and ready to help with everything you need.
