good location, by the river
nice shampoos and shower gels
noisy street, too much technology to open the door by a app and a code. And the lock with the code didn’t work and only one person could have the app to open it, so my partner when I wasn’t there needed to leave the door open to be able to get it again. Very inconvenient

Once inside and settled the facilities were very good
The key code situation, This was not a effective way of entry /exit to the property. I also had travel across town in order to give a deposit. The ant infestation by the washing machine, Also why do we have to pay for a clean when we had to empty everything out our selves. Strange set up for a booking.com property

We had a great deal of difficulty using the electronic key. In fact, if you didn't have a mobile phone or data it would have been worse.

Cute location above a bar (that was unfortunately closed during our stay in February, but during this time period also not super busy). There are 2 appartements: we stayed in the one above which was spacious for 2 people. Above that there is a lovely rooftop terrace with (sun) chairs and tables for shared use with the other appartement below. Lovely very hot shower. Easy key pick up and drop off through machine at their office. Very helpful personel that reached out to us before hand with instructions and we were able to contact later when some things were not working.
Some lights did not work but they offered right away to fix those. The location is very central but can therefore be also somewhat loud and busy.

before we even arrived I had a lovely dealing with the staff organising entry for the apartment. the staff went above and beyond with my needs
very handy location for everything in Ayamonte and everything in the apartment was brand new
the bedroom was small and not much room around the bed but was still cozy and fine for us

Location couldn't have been better. Homa did look after us and staff in wine bar were lovely . The flat was great- light, airy , nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen ( we cook due to food preferences) and plenty of space for the two of us. There was a cleaning pack for the kitchen and a nice bottle of wine. Some toiletries in the bathroom too .
The El Jamon supermarket is very close and the local plaza is perfect for an evening drinkette at one of the many bars. Ayamonte is a very pleasant town with two very long beaches only a short bus ride away. It is very Spanish if you know what I mean ...!Perfecto!
It was a long walk to Homa to pick up the keys when we arrived by ferry. We already had had a long day travelling . It would have been nice to have a chopping board, grater and an extra blanket. You need to be careful regarding the flat floor as there are a couple of little tripping points. Nothing major- maybe water has got under the laminate from the mop?

bathroom basin very small. no kettle. no draining board after washing up. The bar below stays open till 2am Friday and Saturday and is quite noisy then they put all chairs and tables away till 2.30am, kept us awake. Impossible to sleep.

Location is nice, room is spacious, airy and light. Roof terrace is big bonus! Well equiped kitchen, market just around the corner, great fish!
Tiny bathroom, no cleaning or enough toiletpaper. Noisy at night, but thats because of the central location. But their policy concerning deposit is weird and unprofessional.

Check in - didn't seem to be expecting us, altho we had confirmed it in an email.Then delayed because they asked us to pay what we had already paid to booking.com - which was embarrassing, also tricky as she barely spoke English.Not a great start.
Check out - we had to find out what to do with keys as not clear. Then got 2 emails which gave conflicting instructions.
Really need to have a safe in the apartment, in my opinion.
Significant construction works very close to apartment, which caused machinery noise from 0730 but also caused traffic/parking choas. We should have been told this before we got there, as we had a hire car. Also more confusion because we had some paperwork saying we had allocated parking, but when we got there we didn't.
It should be made more clear when you book that the apartment is very noisy from the wine bar below. This mainly starts around 6pm and carries on til approx midnight every night. Noise from people inside and outside the bar, but also music speakers outside right underneath the apartment windows. We needed earplugs to sleep.

It was a very outstanding place, we feel in the apartment as on aquarium. Very light place - many windows to many sides. There was everything you need if you stay there even for longer time. A "Mercado" with a wide offer of fishes everyday, just 2 minutes far, perfect!!!
A little smell from the entry hall - maybe some smaller problem with waste water...?
