We were in Vancouver to visit our son and this home was perfect! The place was very clean, our stay was comfortable and everything we needed was there for us. The location was central and close to the skytrain. We had a rental car and weee able to take advantage of free street parking directly in front of the house for each of the days we stayed. The kitchen amenities were great and I was able to cook a family dinner for us all to enjoy. I definitely recommend this property!

We were transiting through vancouver on a road trip and stayed over 3 nights. The place is the mainfloor of a house that has been subdivided. There was enough space for the 4 of us. The neighborhood is decent and not far from necessary amenities like restos and shops if you have a car. Parking was easy enough. There is no control of the ac and the unit was quite warm at night. We could hear the upstairs tenant singing at times but they were quiet for the most part. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but the wife liked it.overnight.reneiborhood

Our group of 4 had 3 days in Vancouver prior to joining a cruise. This suite was well located, spotlessly clean & comfy accommodation. 10 mins walk to train stations, 8 mins to Banana Grove grocer & deli. The suite is well equipped for self-catering, plenty of hot water, good shower pressure & good heating. It can be a bit noisy in the evening as there is a family living upstairs - the host makes this quite clear in the listing. Highly recommended.

This property is lovely. Looks just like the pictures except they added another couch instead of the chair. It has all the amenities you could ask for. Coffee, spices, all cooking utensils etc. lovely large bath towels. Pretty much everything.
Grocery-Deli just around the corner. Very nice neighborhood and easy enough walk to train station.
We are 70+ and from Florida so I will mention the heat comes from upstairs. It can get chilly in the living room in the evening. We didn’t bring the oil radiators into the living room since we didn’t spend a long time there. Bed coverings are nice and cozy. Upstairs tenants didn’t really bother us, occasional thumps and some walking. What you would expect from an upstairs neighbor.
Do believe the directions to go around the right side, there really is a sidewalk behind the big bush. We would stay here again.

The house and the decorations were so pretty, and enough and feeling comfortable rooms!
I could communicate with the owner through texting so it was also convenient for me.
My parents stayed and they said they couldn’t sleep well because of the sounds from upstairs. Upstairs were not making extra loud sounds but their foot steps or water sounds at late night time were quite loud for my parents.
And the body soap became out during their stay so if it’s filled up at the beginning, it would be great.

Four day stay to attend Laver Cup at Rogers Arena. The two bedroom unit was clean, modern and comfortable. Great public transit access - less than a ten minute walk to SkyTrain’s Nanaimo Station, then a short trip to Rogers Arena. Good area with a neighbourhood grocery store just around the corner.

The place was super clean, and Holly was really responsive. We enjoyed the neighbourhood a lot. It was quiet, but still in a location that was accessible to shopping and eating a short uber ride away. You can really hear the family that lives upstairs, but we were hardly at the place so we didn't mind that much.

Great location, everything you need. A little noisy sometimes but nothing too bad. Very clean premises. We would definitely stay again! Nanaimo station is walking distance -10min- away and the neighborhood is very calm and safe.

The apartment was clean and tidy. We mostly just used it as a place to sleep. We were out and about all day. The tv situation was the only odd thing. Being American my hulu and paramount passwords didnt work in canada so there wasnt much to watch on tv except the disney channel. We didnt watch much anyway, too busy seeing the beautiful city.

Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the neighborhood. We walked to a fun Brazilian restaurant and to the nearby park for a sunset walk around the lake. Felt very safe. We also walked to the sky train and got a day pass for the train/bus and that was a great way to see the city. The only reason for the 4 stars is that there are upstairs residents and you can hear every move they make; Walking, talking and watching TV. They were up late but so were we so it didn’t bother us too much.

Very Clean 2 Bedroom in Residential Neighborhood
We had a lovely stay in this very clean and well appointed rental unit. Plenty of street parking, easy keyless entry, beautiful quiet neighborhood with parks nearby. Walls and ceilings are not very well insulated so one can hear everything, which we were warned about. This won’t be a problem if you’re out and about during the day. The neighbors were kind to offer anything we might need (eg, sugar, salt), but the unit has almost everything, including tea, spices, condiments. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit my Mom.

Perfect quiet place just outside of the City
This is a great property for anyone wanting to combine exploring Vancouver, enjoying the City and a quiet setting.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, really well laid out and had everything you need.
The appliances are great quality and all maintained to a high standard. Kitchen was well stocked with ample space.
The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and beds really comfortable. The check in was easy, quick and Holly was always contactable and communication was fantastic. Really great owner with attention to all details.
The general area is residential, with beautiful tree lined streets and a good family atmosphere. There is a small market less than 5 minutes from the apartment, which stocks a good selection of meat, fish, fresh fruit, veg and bread.
The area is brilliantly served by public transport with a Skytrain station and bus stops within a 10 minute walk. The journey to Downtown and Waterfront on the train is around 20 minutes which is perfect. Tickets are as cheap as 10 dollars for the entire day.
I'd recommend to anybody. Excellent value for money and a really safe community. It was a great experience with nothing but positives.
