Guests have total access to the home, and we live in Omaha if help is needed. We limit total number of overnight guests to 6 please. We do not allow the use of our home for events or entertaining more than 6 outside guests for more than normal social periods. We do not allow the use of our home for large luncheons or dinners.

Please be aware that for security and safety reasons, the exterior only [front entrance and drive and lower patio, backyard and lake front (excluding the deck)] are monitored for activity.

We strive for 24-36 hr lapse between reservations and follow recommended cleaning standards.
