With a king, queen, full, and 3 twin beds, unit 504 can accommodate up to 9 guests.

Spanish Key is situated directly on the beautiful beach of Perdido Key, FL, located just 5 minutes from Orange Beach, AL. You are sure to love all of the great amenities offered at Spanish Key such as an indoor pool, beach-side outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, well-equipped exercise facility, and BBQ area. Third-party service companies provide beach chair & umbrella rentals, parasailing, jet ski rentals at the beach behind the condominium. Spanish Key is ideally located within walking distance to world-class dining, nightlife, charter fishing, and a marina.

Spanish Key unit 504 is a lovely, spacious, 3 bedroom/ 3 bath, 5th floor unit featuring wood tile floors throughout. The large open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen area will prove to be plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy. The dining table seats four plus the wrap-around bar will accommodate an extra four. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, gulf views, and balcony access. The master bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanity, jet tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a captain’s bed (full on bottom and twin on top) plus a pullout trundle bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed plus a bunk bed. Each bedroom includes a flat screen TV. This unit will comfortable sleep 9.

The condo is complete with everything that you will need to have a fantastic beach vacation such as an iron and ironing board, full-sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and bath towels and bed linens. The well-equipped, gourmet kitchen features granite counters, a large double door refrigerator, and stainless appliances. The balcony is accessible from the living area or the master bedroom and is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee as the sun rises over the gulf.

Spanish Key is ideally located 100' to the world-famous Flora Bama, 5 minutes to Orange Beach, within walking distance to dining, nightlife, charter fishing, and a marina.

Overall, our experience was great! The condo was in such a good location, just a few condominiums down from the FloraBama. We had the perfect spot on the beach for the fireworks. The condo was spacious with plenty of beds. Bring extra blankets if you tend to run cold because there were no extra provided. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was super convenient. Kitchen was lacking a few things, like kitchen towels, but we picked some up from the dollar store. Broken can opener. We messaged the property about these things so I’m sure the few issues we had will be resolved. Great views from the balcony. Nice size pool. Chairs with umbrellas available for rent. Area downstairs to keep your things like beach chairs, floats, etc. Parking lot is pretty small. We had a Yukon XL and had some difficulty maneuvering through the tight space. Overall we had an amazing week and would definitely return.

Great week at the beach. The ac wasn’t cooling and the property manager had the ac guys come check immediately. Fixed the problem very quickly. Some of the furniture seems tired and the washer was a front loading one that probably needs to be switched out for one that won’t fight mildew/smell. Overall great condo, just in need of a few updates. Property manager was very nice and proactive! Thank you!

The condo was clean and easily accommodated our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. The view from the condo was amazing. The only issue we experienced was the balcony doors would not lock. I contacted the host and a repair company was out quickly to resolve the issue. They fixed one, but had to order parts for the other. We didn’t mind not being able to lock one door since our kids were older and knew not to go out without an adult. The host also provided recommendations for the restaurants with the best crab legs and they were fantastic! We also loved having the ice cream shop across the street. The beaches were clean and quiet, perfect for a family vacation.

We have vacationed at Spanish key for 10 years and this is the worst condo we have rented. Master bathroom was not clean, bed in 2nd bedroom didn’t have a sheet on the bed. We came with 3 families and the condos they rented were great, they had their door and gate codes emailed to them, we had to drive an extra 30 minutes to pick up what could have easily been emailed to us. We had instructions to wash our towels and dishes which we have never had to do. No mention of construction or only one 1 elevator working, parking was terrible during the week because they let construction workers park in lot when they should have been across the street instead of paying customers parking there and walking across the road. NOT PLEASED with Bella beach properties, will not use them again!!!

We stayed for 6 days during Spring Break and had a great time. It was wonderful to be right on the beach! We watched the dolphins every day. Inside was comfortable & perfect for our family of 5. Easy drive to the grocery store, restaurants & movie theater.

Wonderful gulf view with a covered balcony. The condo was very clean and we didn't have any issues. Very easy to get from the condo down to the beach and was just a short walk to Florabama. The condo is 5 star worthy.

The condo was clean and the views from the balcony were beautiful of the beach and water. The condo was very spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We could have had 2 more people stay comfortably. If you go, I would recommend bringing your own soaps for the sinks, and dishwasher. There was not enough cleaning supplies to last us 4 days. The convivence of the washer and dryer was great, but again, bring your own soap. The indoor pool area could use some upgrades. We were not able to use the outdoor pool due to the cold weather but it looked very nice and well kept.
