LAST MINUTE Vacation available! Our home away from home DIRECTLY ACROSS the STREET from Long Sands Beach, in York can be yours for a week or more. Be warned, you will be spoiled by this awesome location ! Do a virtual walk-through. This recently remodeled condo in a 3-unit building is at ground level, NO STAIRS to climb with beach chairs, coolers or surfboards, offers exclusive use of a deck and in-unit laundry, Fully applianced kitchen, Air conditioning, all for your comfort and convenience. Walk out the door and up the driveway and you'll come face to face with our much loved Long Sands Beach where people are often seen at dawn, walking their dogs, jogging, chatting with neighbors or surfing! Restaurants within walking distance ( some may not be open after Labor Day) outlet stores and antique shops within a short drive. Two Bedrooms: 1 with a queen sized bed, 1 with 2 twin beds. Living and dining room and updated kitchen. Air conditioning and heat if needed :) , Come to Our Happy Place, relax and enjoy ! Location, location, location! The apartment is right across the street from one of the best spots on Long Beach. There is also a little convenience store a block and a half or so away. Was a life saver when it came to hungry bellies. Donna was super helpful and responsive during our stay. Great beach vacation overall! One for the books.

The location of Donna’s home can’t be beat. We have two little ones so not having to pack everything up for the entire day for the beach makes our vacation so much more relaxing. Going back and fourth to the house is a breeze as it’s right across the street from the beach. This is our second stay here and we are looking forward to our third next summer! Donna is the sweetest and you can tell she truly wants you to enjoy her home just as much as she does. The home is clean, has all the necessities, and we love having our meals on the picnic table on the deck and we listen to the waves crashing.

York is such a sweet village and evokes so many happy memories. We love having such a nice place to stay. Donna, our hostess , puts so much into accomodating her guests. She adds to the enjoyment of our vacation. The condo is so comfortable and spectacularly located across the street from longs sands. We have rented from Donna for several years now and it feels like home! Always have a few tears in my eyes when vacation is over and we head out!

The property is exactly as advertised. Donna was great and very helpful by providing detailed instructions for an easy check in. The house is right across the street from the beach so it was perfect for my two young boys. We could stay on the beach for the morning, leave our stuff and easily come home for lunch and naptime and then head back after. It’s also very close to a food stand/convenience which was awesome. The house had all the basic necessities, an awesome picnic table and umbrella and we felt at home all week!

The unit was cute, clean and welcoming. It’s right across the street from the beach and close to the bath house and convenience store. You can see Nubble Lighthouse from the sidewalk! Donna was very responsive and a great host.

What a cozy and comfortable apartment, with the best location! We ended up using the kitchen much more than planned because we were so comfortable. PERFECT location, we loved taking multiple walks up and down the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the little markets, restaurants, and ice cream stands all along Long Beach Ave. Donna was so easy to communicate with, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Donna communicated with us prior to our stay to let us know if there are changes to the property or any thing we need to know about the beach and the village. We had a wonderful 2 week stay and look forward to going back next year. Donna is always thoughtful and considerate of her guests . We really appreciate her efforts. I feel like she really looks out for us! The rental is very comfortable and you can't get any better for the location.

This is our second time to this condo on long sands beach. The property owner is super responsive and attentive to any questions that may arise. The beds are all comfortable and it is the perfect location if you are staying in York, Maine. The location is literally steps away from long sands beach and easy parking in and out.

I could not be happier with our stay here. The property is adorable , very clean and well kept and what’s better than being right on the beach! The owner is amazing - caring , kind and generous and made sure our stay was perfect. I can’t wait to come back here. Highly recommend.

Usually we hit Hampton Beach, but not anymore. This was a cute basement condo, no view, but no stairs and no road noise. A mere 100 paces from door to beach sand, cannot beat it. Donna was a fantastic host who communicated with us more than expected or anticipated. The condo is very well equipped with all the amenities you will need to have a great stay. We look forward to future stays at this location and condo!

The location could not have been better. Just steps across from the Beach. Had everything we needed. First floor was great yet still pretty quiet. Easy communication with the property manager. We had plenty of space in and out but I think would be a little tight for a larger family.

This unit is in a great location on Long Sands Beach. You are right across the street from the beach! It’s very easy to walk to Short Sands or to one of the many restaurants nearby. Donna was wonderful to work with and she truly cares about her renters and wants them to have the best experience possible.

The condo was meticulous when we arrived, the owner was so thoughtful and welcoming, everything we needed was there. It’s a perfect location on Long Sands Beach. When we were there the AC went out and the owner was responsive immediately and got someone out to fix it. I can’t wait to go back!

This property was not clean and certainly not covid clean.The condo looked like it hadn't been cleaned in many months.There were cobwebs, spiders, a lot of dust and just overall dirty.The mattress covers were filthy, the curtains were filthy, the shower curtain looked like it had sat in water for a long time.There was enough hair and dust under the master bed to knit a sweater plus a dirty sock and an unusual pile of boards.It took two of us six hours to clean the condo enough to feelcomfortable to stay there. That was six hours out of our vacation. We would have left but we had family staying a few streets over and they didn't want us to leave. We made the best of it....

We absolutely LOVED our trip!! The apartment was a perfect size for our family with 3 kids. The bedrooms were a nice size and was able to fit a pack n play for our infant. The pictures accurately depict the apartment and it really is so beautiful. Having laundry was also great as we tracked lots of sand playing at the beach. I can’t say enough about the location. The beach is across the street, plenty of parking & walking distance to stores, restaurants and driving distance to town. We also loved how you can see the lighthouse from the beach as well! My only suggestion is to pack a pot or frying pan if you plan to cook. The owner, Donna was also amazing to work with. She made sure we were settled and was reachable at all hours to help with any of our questions. We will no doubt be back & honestly, we can’t wait to return.

The overall property was ok except for the following. The TV did not work as planned The DVD was broken so no movie streaming. There were dirty dishes. The bathroom door and bedroom door were broken and did not close. Some of the kitchen cooking equipment needs to be replaced. But generally it is a good place - quiet, comfortable . No views but very convenient to the beach.
