An updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1st floor condo. Located within walking distance to some of the most popular beach restaurants and venues in St Pete Beach! A short walk out to the heated community pool or walk to the beach in just a few minutes to put your toes in the gulf, take a beach chair sit back and relax. There are trolleys close by that can take you to Downtown St Pete, Pass a Grille or Clearwater. Close to John's Pass for even more restaurants and shopping. It is your choice to sit and relax or go exploring to different islands, museums, the micro breweries, movies and nightlife that the beach and downtown St Pete has to offer.

Wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. A newly remodeled walk in shower. Stainless steel upgraded appliances in the kitchen.
Sleeps 5: King size bed in bedroom, a pull out sleeper sofa in Living room (sleeps 2) and the ottoman unfolds into a twin bed (sleeps 1).
A family oriented location. There is no smoking in the condo and pets are not allowed.

Distance from Beach:
Beach is located across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.

Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 800.

Wi-fi, cable, linens & towels are included.
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals.
Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals
Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of beach stores within walking distance.
There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.
Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking pass is included, if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.

Property was clean at check in. Pictures and descriptions of Property were spot on. No surprises when checking in. There was an umbrella and a couple of chairs there for use at the beach which was very useful. Definitely would stay there again

I booked the condo for a surprise birthday weekend for my love. The condo was perfect for two people The kind sized bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the overall condition of the unit was very clean. The beach is just one block away from the unit and the pool is steps away as well. The owner's recommendations were great for good food. We enjoyed everything and look forward to visiting again. Great experience and I highly recommend this rental.

This property is as exactly as described. Convenient location to beach; short walk to local restaurants too. We flew in from NC to visit friends we hadn't seen in years & needed a great location at a great price.....this place fit the bill perfectly for our needs. Thank you Roger for your prompt replies.

Everything that we needed! Was cool to be walking distance to the beach and restaurants! Updates that have been done to the condo are nice! Easy drive from the Tampa airport! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice condo! Steps from the beach and ricks reef. Would be nice if they supplied garbage bags but not a deal breaker! Says no beach chairs supplied but 2 are in the closet with an umbrella. We purchased a cooler and left it for others as well.

What a perfect location to stay, walking distance to the Beach and Many bars and restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable for 2 and the pool was just a short walk around the building. Only short fall was the CATV was extremely slow and difficult to search due to the speed.

We loved our stay! The condo is perfectly situated across the street from the beach. The heated pool was quiet with plenty of space to relax. There is the paradise grill right in front of the beach for quick bites! beach towels were conveniently provided for a fee. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We felt very at home. There were some mixed reviews about the bed being uncomfortable, but we slept great on the king sized bed! Roger communicated to us quickly, we appreciate it! Great stay, would come again :) the st Pete beach area is wonderful.

We had stayed in same unit previously. Enjoyed it. There was an issue with the mattress being turned wrong but it was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend the unit. A keirug coffee maker would be nice

The location was great, it was clean and updated. Previous guests had left things such as paper plates and plastic cups which was great since we forgot those things when we went to the store. The biggest issue was the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on bricks and made for a lack of sleep for our entire stay. It is like an old school spring mattress with no cushion/pillow top on it. An updated pillow top bed and the place would be perfect.

The rental unit was clean and great for my friend and I to spend a long weekend at St. Pete. The beach access was super close and the beaches were beautiful. Short walk to fun beach bars. The rental chairs near the beach access were very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place! As pictured. Very clean. No issues with check-in or out. Easy process. It was a very short walk to the beach or pool. Can hear road noise from the bedroom but it’s not a dealbreaker for price to stay here. Adults slept in the bedroom. 3 kids and each slept comfortably on their own sofa in the living area at night. I would recommend this place for a family vacation.

This condo was perfect for our quick getaway! The condo it's self was updated and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were able to get a hold of Roger easily on the morning of check in and he was super accommodating. The location of the condo was also perfect for our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was fantastic! We got to play shuffle board a couple times too. The property overall was very well maintained. The location of the condo was walking distance to many bars and restaurants! We have already talked about booking this same location again.

I have stayed here before and truly excellent on all accounts... Except this time some people who were in the unit above were waking up at 3:30 am and making noise and stomping about for about 3-4 hours. I am a very very deep sleeper but they were loud.

Our family had a lovely time at this property. The location is footsteps from the beach and very quiet. Free beach chairs and very comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend if you are interested in St Pete Beach!

Pro:The property was very well maintained. Communication with Roger was very good. Price was ok. Con: We did not realize we had to walk about a half block to get to pool from our building section (800). Partly my fault for not researching site in more depth. Parking is somewhat of a pain on busy beach days since there is no dedicated parking lot with the property. Parking ok mid-week. Our main dissatisfaction was with St. Pete Beach itself. Too busy for us.

What a charming spot! It’s a very short walk to the beach, which we enjoyed everyday. The place is just the right size for enjoying a long weekend, and had just about everything you need. It was nice having the small kitchen to make breakfast and light meals, the bed was comfortable, and the heated pool on the property was a real treat for a December stay. The only thing I would’ve wanted was a small rack to dry dishes, but that would by no means keep me from staying again! Communication was efficient and easy.

It’s a great location, but the unit is at ground level on one side and somewhat underground on the other, so there’s no view at all. I worked most of the days, but it was somewhat claustrophobic. Very nicely finished inside with new fixtures.

Hurricane Ian had just Florida. The conference I was attending in St Pete Beach canceled due to the hurricane. The manager would not let me cancel or reschedule my visit. The same for the terrible insurance: Generali Global Assistance.

Everything was just as described. However, I would request that the owner consider upgrading the mattress and pillows. Again, no fault of theirs but was a bit hard for us. Also, this unit was in opposite side of complex from pool or beach. Again, not a big deal, just something to note. We had VERY loud upstairs neighbors during our stay, but again, that isn’t the fault of the owner. We were able to resolve most of it by speaking with them directly. Overall, a great condo, and I think you should stay here!

The condo was just the way it was described but was even better in person. Enough room for me and my three grandsons. Pool was great and proximity to beach was even better. Restaurants were close by and several within walking distance We all enjoyed our stay.
