Perfekt!

Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und sehr geräumig, war mit zwei Kids dort. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Super!

Im Haus gibt es kein Lift, war aber für mich persönlich nicht so schlimm.

The apartment location is good but the parking possibility is questionable.

Good location.

The apartment provided parking in assigned streets. During the rental period, however, due to the extreme weather, flooding occurred in the streets, which flooded the parking car (and also the entrance to the apartment). It was so high level of the flooding that the seawater also flowed into the passenger compartment (15-20 cm water depth). The car remained able to move after "drying out" (at a limited speed), but upon arriving home, the service declared it unrepairable. Therefore, parking in front of the apartment led to the total damage of a 3-year-old vehicle during the rental period.

Nice location

Easy to find. Perfect location. In front of the building is the port, a few steps away is the old town, and a small Spar, downstairs a good rated restaurant (too bad I couldn’t try it) and in the morning you can find a small market with fresh vegetables. The owner responded to all my questions via booking message very quick. 😊

I gave to the owners my license plates and also the country from where we are,for free parking. It was strange, since this info was not mentioned in the apartament policy.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ebenfalls optimal: Blick auf Meer und Hafen, wenige Meter in die Fussgängerzone, direkt neben dem eindrucksvollen Markt von Rijeka, der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfreich.

Exceptional

Everything: perfect location, room size that provided everything. We could stay there forever. Staff was very helpful with everything from parking to make our laundry. Very nice restaurants are around the corner.

Excellent!

I like that it was right there in the city and the property was spacious, modern and very clean. The furniture and the decoration of the room were decent and contemporary. The bathroom and toilet are spacious. The owner provides the guest with organic shampoos, conditioners and lotion. It was sweet. The whole property was very clean. We had everything that we needed. A very interesting market is to be found just at the back of the property, stores and shops were just right there. The host even provides umbrellas for the guests. I highly recommend this property. Our host was also very friendly and helpful.

It is very difficult to find a fault. Well, the stairs, I'd say. It would be difficult if you have luggage and mount the stairs. We left our luggage in the storage room so it was fine.

Appartement on a best location in Rijeka, absolute top view on the port of Rijeka, an appartement that is completely furnished with everything one could wish all this organized by a fantastic host who is at your help every moment. Far best appartement we had in years.

A perfectly located and well-equipped apartment met all our needs during a two-day business trip. The city centre is just a few steps away and there is a number of restaurants and shops right next to the apartment building. The owner is VERY approachable, friendly, and professional.

The appartmentsare around the corner of Rijekas best place:the food market and the still down to earth restaurant/trattoria/konoba "fiume". You park for free through the owners of the appartment. The heating works well also in winter time. The appliances are top. The smart tv works (there are two sony) the madrass was the best I've experienced so fqr. And even the sofa was nice to sleep in.

Comfortable, clean and well designed with parking.

The Host was fantastic in helping with parking, communication and overall support of the stay. We chose the more spacious apartment. It was very clean and well done. The apartment was super comfortable and homely. The work and remodel was well done.

Parking can be difficult if you plan on driving a lot. It is first come first serve spaces but is included and is very close to the apartment. But once you park, there is no need to move it as everything within the city is in walking distance.

A great location and the facilities are 5star. The bed and the pillows are better than mine at home. I would be more than happy to live here permanently.
