About this apartment rental
The newly constructed apartment is located a few steps from Cascade Creek with up-to-date appliances, large gathering area and fully furnished. The large kitchen with balcony provide our guests with a unique ocean front view, including a breathtaking view of Mt. Edgecumbe. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed with attached bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and bunk bed along with an unattached, large bath with washer and dryer. *Please note ~ We unfortunately do not have an elevator so if doing stairs is an issue for any of your party, our property would not be a good fit.

The view is worth every stair you climb to enter!
No need for a sound machine, just crack the window and fall asleep listening to the waves! Convenient location, spacious and clean. Hosts checked in every few days to see if anything was needed. Will definitely be back!

I have been traveling to Sitka for 15 years and this is the first time staying at an VRBO property vs a fishing lodge. I highly recommend this location. It is right on the water it is clean and comfortable. Big kitchen with a nice deck off the back. Rooms can control their level of comfort so those who want a warmer space, can adjust without making the rest of the party uncomfortable. Easy access, clean, and quite.

Beautiful view of Mt. Edgecombe. Super friendly and easy to work with Host after our flights were canceled twice. Will stay here again on our next trip to Sitka.

Communication was spot on. Very accommodating owner. Loved the view and can’t think of one thing We wanted that we did not have except maybe binoculars, since we forgot ours.

The outside was deceiving as to how nice this VRBO was. I had a wonderful weekend with my sons. The view from the patio was amazing. The property manage communicated quickly and was very accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

The setting could not be beat -- sitting on the deck looking out on mountains and islands and sea life -- incredible! The bed made me want to buy one like it when we get home. SO comfortable. Incredibly quiet, such lovely art adorning all the walls, great bedrooms and bathrooms -- absolutely heavenly.
If you're coming here expecting to do online work, know that the wifi is kind of spotty, especially in the bedroom nearest the front door. But hopefully you'll be out and about or out on the deck, soaking up the beauty of this place. Absolutely stellar.

This unit is like new. Very clean, well furnished and very spacious. It's an upstairs unit right on the ocean and the views from the kitchen, main bedroom, dining area and small deck can't be beat. Two full baths with washer and dryer in unit made it convenient to be able to dry clothes if you got caught in the rain. I don't consider this a detraction but if you are unable to manage a flight and a half of stairs this may not be the place for you. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Outstanding accommodation and views
Literally sitting on the edge of Sitka Sound with 180 degree view up and down the coastline - unbelievable and very difficult to leave!!!
In addition, the plan of the space in this beautiful condo maximizes the glorious view. We loved that the master bedroom as well as the large kitchen/dining area incorporated the view. Vaulted ceilings and classy decor just added to the comfort and serenity of this home. And Sitka provided a wonderful introduction to Alaska with beautiful rain forest hikes, spawning salmon, Tlingit culture and our own eagles and a sweet otter floating by right off the deck!!! Thanks for making this available to those of us who can only visit your glorious state. Pat and Lynn

Beautiful accommodations right on the water overlooking bald eagles on the beach. Very clean, spacious and well supplied. Ideal location just 2 blocks from the large grocery and liquor stores. We plan to return to the same unit. Everything was perfect as depicted. It was a pleasure to stay here. Hosts were wonderful!

What a lovely place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our time- we had everything we possibly could need, the beds were really comfortable, and the view! We loved seeing the sea otters and bald eagles from the deck. Thank you!

This property was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Very tastefully decorated and the view was over the top. Being a former Sitka resident, I can say that this place is among the best. I will recommend and will request to stay again. Thank you!

Gorgeous property, perfect way to end a stay in Sitka after camping for a week. Location is a little outside of town by good sidewalks make it very walkable.

Fabulous Sitka Find!
This beautiful and spacious property overlooks the bay and is an outstanding place to watch a sunset while relaxing and enjoying quality accommodations. Lots of extra touches. There are about 2 flights of stairs inside to climb, but it is well worth the View!
