The only thing acceptable was the breakfast

Not well cleaned, the entrance to the rooms are by the kitchen… We had also two or three hours without water

We are satisfied with the overnight stay in the hotel. We had everything we needed and what a hotel

Clean Hotel. Large room. Lots of towels. Good coffee. A solid breakfast.

The smell of food being prepared in the stairwell, because the staircase is reached through the kitchen.

Pleasant

Friendly and helpful staff especially in reception. Big rooms and comfortable bed.

Breakfast tasty and fresh but not enough. I left hungry. Cigarette smoke wafted through the corridor into the room throughout the stay. However, the worst thing that could have happened to us was the dirt in the room. The floor was very dirty. Although the price is not high, the owner should be ashamed.

Set up a ventilation equipment in the cafe

There was a really friendly and nice staff. The parking places were enough. We were able to pay for our accommodation by card - that was really convenient. The wi-fi was super - very well quantity and good speed of the internet.

There is a cafe downstairs. Almost all visitors were smoking at the cafe. That's why our room had a smoke smell all night. When I tried to open a door to the bathroom it hit the toilet bowl. There is a window over the incoming door and the light from there is coming in through this window to the room. It can worry me at night.

It's ok for the price..

The staff was very nice and the room was modestly clean.

The isolation was beneath poor and we booked a double bedroom and came off with two single beds.

The room was clean, staff were supported and nice especially Ada, cost is worthy. Highly recommended if you will visit the city.

The location is good of you have an early flight. The breakfast is Okey. Very helpful staff.

You can not sleep because you hear the doors of the other rooms. Our door was transparent, so the light from the hallway was visible (and I can not sleep with light).

Amazing

The staff is amazing. So kind and helpful. We asked if they had snacks since we came late and the restaurant was closed, and a staff member offered to bring us some at the end of his shift. Their breakfast is amazing and rooms are always clean. Every time we are in Sarajevo we stay at this hotel.
