The home has been designed and furnished to provide you with the ultimate Park City escape. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by views of the mountains and the Jordanelle Reservoir. It's a perfect location just 3 minutes away from the nation's top-rated ski resort, Deer Valley Resort, and their Jordanelle Express Gondola. The open-concept floor plan is ideal for entertaining family and friends. The gourmet chef's kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a gas range, and a large island with seating for four. The kitchen is adjacent to the formal dining room, which can accommodate up to eight guests, making it perfect for hosting intimate dinners or holiday gatherings. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room, furnished with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and HDTV. It's the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes, watch a movie, or play some games with your friends and family. The upper deck is located off the living room and is a wonderful spot to unwind with a glass of wine on a warm summer evening. There are four spacious suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and an additional half-bathroom on the main floor for convenient guest use. The two primary bedroom suites are furnished with king-sized beds and feature luxurious en-suite bathrooms with double vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking tubs. Both suites have their own private balcony, offering stunning views of the Jordanelle and the slopes of Deer Valley Resort. The lounge level has a complete second kitchen, including a breakfast bar, full-sized refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, and dishwasher.
