You will find luxury and comfort in this 2100 sq. ft. beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in Vista Cay. This gated community offers an elegant clubhouse, fitness center, putting green, business center and meeting rooms, movie rental kiosk, a luxurious infinity pool, and children’s pool among its amenities. The spacious master suite features a king size bed, a stunning bathroom and large walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and two twin beds respectively. Flat screen T.V.s are found in all bedrooms. A 52 inch flat screen HDTV is located in the family room. We offer a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, towels and linen, a large washer and dryer. A baby crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request (depending on availability).
We are thrilled for the new renovations Vista Cay is working on this year. After 18 years our main pool is being renovated but not to worry, guests are more than welcome to join us at the New Isles Pool & Bar, which are now fully open. We realize that this closure of a main resort amenity will be inconvenient for our guests however it is necessary. We plan on keeping the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center open, however there may be temporary closures as needed for safety. While Verity works on the remodel, the Board is also utilizing this down time to replace the Clubhouse roof. The renovations will start on September 13, 2024 till the end of February, 2025.
The Clubhouse pool will be receiving the following upgrades and renovations:
Resurfacing and removing the leaking infinity edge of the Clubhouse pool.
New deck pavers and design.
Expanding the deck space to the maximum allowed with our existing land and setbacks.
Expanding the size and capacity of the hot tub.
New children’s water play feature.
New, upgraded deck furniture.

What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. The condo was great! Very clean, exactly like the pictures. We have stayed at Vista Cay many times, and this was the 1st condo that provided several dish washer and laundry pods, and enough toilet paper for the week!!

Our family loved the condo. It was so spacious and roomy for all 6 of us to have our own areas to relax in. The only suggestion I could give would be to repair the dresser drawers as they could be wobbly but overall the condo was perfect for our stay! Having the little things like detergent pods for both the washer and dishwasher were very thoughtful touches. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we come back to Orlando.

This was the perfect place to stay for our Orlando vacation. It was convenient to Disney, Universal, and the airport. We loved having a ton of space to spread out and relax after busy days at the park. The owner provided a nice little food basket and some drinks in the fridge which was an extra unexpected touch. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo in the Vista Cay community was a great find! We were looking for something bigger than a hotel room for our stay that was close to Universal. This was a perfect location at just 10 minutes down the street from Universal. The condo was amazing, very spacious, nicely furnished & decorated. Also enjoyed the large outside balcony. Enjoyed the Vista Cay community, large pool, hot tub, gym and walking path along the small lake. The welcome basket was such a nice touch & the condo had all the supplies needed for our short stay. Also having Publix so close by was convenient. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Orlando.

The property was really lovely and so well equipped but difficult for folks with disabilities. The commodes are low with no grab bars. The shower, also, has no grab bars. The beds are very high off the ground. For those of us who did not need ADA accommodations, this was a beautiful place & we loved it. For my sisters it was more challenging. I would highly recommend to anyone who does not need those specific things. Welcome basket was beautiful! Array of DVDs, washer & dryer, beds were comfortable. Communications were good. Beautiful property.

A new favorite in Orlando
Property was in great shape and just as the pictures depicted. Property managers were very responsive when needed, and little hospitable touches ( drinks in fridge and snack basket, plus starter set of dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, papertowels, and tp ) were very much appreciated. We come to town often for trade shows and usually stay at JW MArriott Grande Lakes .... but think that is going to change after staying here. Definitely a new favorite for us!

Great Thanksgiving get away
We enjoyed the rental….very spacious and the welcome basket and drinks in the fridge was thoughtful. All was great except for the parking and some flat pillows.

Outstanding!!!!!!
We just got back home today. The unit is outstanding. I cannot say anything negative about it at all.
We were able to see the pool and work out areas although we didn't use them because we were so busy at a park, the beach or shopping.
The area is about 1/2 mile from Top Golf and the Andretti kart and gaming experience on Universal Blvd. International Dr is minutes away.
We are already planning to go back in November.

The condo was amazing, but the pool is very small and there was no tennis courts and the basketball court was full most of the time.

Property was as advertised...Beautiful
My wife and I came to support our daughter and granddaughter in our granddaughter's volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. The Convention Center was within a short walk. Another mother and daughter (volleyball teammate), joined us to fill up the condo. The stay at the condo was absolutely wonderful. The welcome mat at the entrance of the condo made us feel welcomed. The kitchen was well used. The master bathroom was amazing. Thank you!

So much room!
Wonderful home like location. Beautiful kitchen, two places for sitting and relaxing. So many extras: books, video games, board games, pool toys..... kitchen was nicely prepared. Everything was just perfect.

Enjoyed our stay
This is a very nice property and the online listing is accurate. Very convenient layout for our group of 5. Well-equipped kitchen and we enjoyed a few homemade meals during our stay. The apartment has nice furnitures with different functional areas. Our kids liked the Wii games, watched YouTube TV on the living room TV. The beds are comfortable. We ran into an issue with the WiFi and management took care of it quickly while we were enjoying the parks. The complex pool area was a short walk away from the apartment and was nice though it could get very busy and there are many kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate recommending it to our friends.

We had a great stay at Vista Cay. The condo had everything we’d need and the pool and clubhouse we a lot of fun. Ten minutes to Unviersal but we loved the condo so much, we looked forward to coming back! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic Stay!
We often visit Orlando and stay in private rentals as opposed to hotels. This was by far one of the best rental units we have stayed in at Vista Cay, and we have stayed many times in this resort. There were so many things that impressed us, from the property management company, to the added items in the unit that really made the stay so easy and comfortable. Games, toys, movies, high end furnishing, and black out drapes- which are a must- made for a stress free stay! The welcome basket and starter items set up for us were a special touch that you won't appreciate till you stay elsewhere and have to immediately rush to the store to buy basic items like paper towels and soap! We could not have asked for a better location to the parks and the grocery store, and now with Top Golf less than a mile away, there was plenty to do if we wanted to avoid the crowds! Thank you for such a wonderful accommodation!

The unit was great. It was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Also very convenient to theme parks, shopping, and restaurants. The management company communicated very well and even provided a gift basket on arrival. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My family stayed in this unit for 6 days and it was wonderful!! From the welcome basket to all the extras, our stay was great! The pictures do not do this unit justice. The master bathroom was huge and all the sleeping arrangements were plenty for our family of 6.

Wonderful Orlando Vacation!
My husband and I had a fantastic Orlando vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandsons! This property was very spacious for our group of 6. Very well kept and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was spacious for our stay-in meals. There were lots of bath and pool towels, pool toys, games for the kids and lots of books. (We were too on the go for reading!) The weather was warm and sunny and we spent plenty of time in Vista Cay's beautiful pool. We would highly recommend this property and would choose it again on our next trip to Orlando.
