About this house rental
The home has amenities for the whole family to enjoy with two levels of sundecks and a sparkling swimming pool that has an inset kiddie pool and bubbly 7 person hot tub nearby. Entertainment options include the ground level game room with pool table, game table and shuffleboard with 39" Smart TV and comfortable sitting area around a second 39" Smart TV. An audio system provides speakers inside and outside for the game room, great room, and pool areas so that everyone can enjoy music while spending time at the home. The convenient wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave is ideal for afternoon snacking. Other entertainment choices include the mid-level den with futon and 55" Smart TV and a loft over the great room offering quiet space to enjoy the sound views and sunsets.
When night falls you can retire to the comfortable bedrooms, each with a 32" Smart TV. The lower level offers a king master bedroom with private bath and a bunk bedroom that sleeps 5 and shares a bathroom with the game room. Three more king master bedrooms with private baths can be found on the mid-level. The top level king master suite boasts a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The great room provides ocean and sound views, 50" Smart TV home theater system, dining area, nearby half bath and fully-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers for quick clean-ups.

Full linens including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths provided May 18 - August 30, 2024.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
This property is managed by Surf or Sound Realty.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
