If we could give this house 10 stars, we would. We originally scheduled two nights and then added another. Deana was very responsive to my many questions. Check in was super simple. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the jacuzzi and of course everyone enjoyed the elevator. We used it as a dumbwaiter to deliver dinner up to the awesome 3rd floor deck. The bedding was so comfortable that my husband inquired about the brand of pillows so that we could purchase the same. Additionally, the location was perfect for us- a block off Marine- so easy walking distance to the market and restaurants. The house came equipped with bikes which came in handy for beach days. The kids are already asking when we can go back!

This beautiful home was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in through VRBO! Every detail to enhance comfort was there, as well as specialty items to greet us. Justine street behind us were a host of shops and restaurants so that we could easily walk there. The hosts were easily available for any assistance or questions we had. This is probably one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. The design and location are top notch. The high ceilings, the quality of the interior, and the rooftop was the best. We sat in the sun every morning on the top level. And a 30 second walk to some of the best restaurants on the island!

The property is amazing (better than the pics) and more importantly the homeowners are amazing and so incredibly nice! They were always quick to respond and very on top of everything. You’re also 500 feet away from everything with Marine being right behind the house! They also have paddle boards tons of bikes and anything else you need. We loved staying here and will definitely again!

This home is one you wish you could come home to every day! Situated in the heartbeat (one block) off Main Street on Balboa Island, walking distance to everything you need. Stroll along the waterfronts to feast your eyes on Duffys to large yachts and antique sailboats cruising along the bay. You are literally in the center of everything you would want to get to, the beaches, Fashion Island, Huntington Beach, Lido Isle, CDM, Laguna Beach and so much more...it's private and cozy and you feel like you are home, not in a staged vacation rental (which we've fallen upon not knowing several times before). You can feel the buzz of the island by just walking one block over. It's a vacationers dream, even a local can appreciate..brand new home with plenty of room for the whole family. Front porch living to rooftop sunsets, this home sets the bar for VRBO...you aren't just renting a home, you are investing in a vacation and the experience that goes along with living on Balboa Island. The hosts are very communicative, prompt and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this beautiful property...we stayed for two weeks and were sad to depart on our last day!

Book it now!!! It was amazing. The Flores family are perfect hosts. The house is beautifully decorated...every detail is perfect! There was plenty of room to spread out. Multiple families could easily stay here. We loved BBQing outside at night. It has every water toy you need...canoes, paddle boards, boogie boards, sand toys, life vests, etc. There are more bathrooms than you could ever need. There are so many towels and sheets....and a laundry room if you need it. The kitchen has everything you will need. It's only a few blocks from the main street....Marine....full of shops, restaurants, a little market and of course Balboa Bars!! Eat lots of them. It's a short drive or walk across the bridge if you need a full market at Pavilions. It's fun to take the ferry over to the Fun Zone for rides and arcade games. It was a perfect family get away!!!
