You are in the heart of McCormick Ranch, with plenty of Green Grass, a 25 mile bike trail, and walk all types of dining. Mercado Shops, The Grove, Gainey Shops and More that offer Butters, Luci's, Village Tavern, Zips, The Vig, GrassRoots, Z'Tejas, Phoenix Beer, The Roastery, Starbucks, LA Fitness, Harkins Theatre.
Golf Courses are Everywhere. Cycling Friendly. You are a short drive to Hiking the McDowells, Camelback, or Piestewa Peak. Spring Training Baseball, Events, Talking Stick Casino, Odysea, Butterfly Wonderland, Waterparks, MIM, Old Town Scottsdale, Shopping at Fashion Square or the great resale shops.
We near, Gainey Ranch, Kierland Center and Old town Scottsdale with world class dining and upscale shopping, art galleries, Fashion Square Mall. We are located on the McCormick Ranch golf course. Enjoy Baseball Spring-Training for the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS, COLORADO ROCKIES, San Francisco Giants, and Chicago Cubs. TALKING STICK FIELDS, Scottsdale Stadium and Mesa Cubs Stadium is a short drive, cab fare, or we are on the Scottsdale bus-route. This spacious vacation home features 2 Bedroom Split with 2 Bathroom each having their own private access to patio. There is a large entertaining dining room that will seat 6. There is breakfast area with dining for 4. There is a living room features a built-in bar and wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, microwave, and dishwasher and pantry. The laundry room features washer and dryer. The home also has a large two car garage with additional apron for parking. The patio has a gas grill, patio furniture and is large enough to entertain all of your guests. The Primary bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser and smat TV with private bath and walk-in closet. It has a patio. The second guest suite is furnished with a queen bed. On a monthly rate, we will be happy to switch to two twins or covert to an office set up.
We are located in the heart of Scottsdale on the desirable McCormick Ranch. We are located right on the 26 mile concrete bike and walking path. You can walk to morning coffee, bagels or breakfast, or evening cocktails and dining. LA Fitness, Walgreens, Albertson’s, Safeway, Fry’s and of course Starbucks are nearby.
