Great Value - Home away from home Emerald Isle 301 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach.
This cozy 3rd floor corner vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 301 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Color Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom.
Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. No Smoking. One Parking Space. Coin-op laundry on premises.
Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including infants).

This was our second stay at the Emerald Isle. Although this is an older building, it is well maintained and kept clean. We enjoy the smaller size of the building because there are not large amounts of people; and while it is smaller, the views from the balconies are absolutely beautiful, and the pool and ocean are just steps away. The beach always has plenty of space, never feeling crowded. This location also has assigned parking so your spot is always available. Our first time last year we found the stay perfect. This year it was almost the same. We had some small issues that Maintenance should have taken care of before our arrival; lamps needing light bulbs, TV remotes needing batteries, one stove burner not working, and the balcony sliding glass door hard to open and close. However, the staff was very responsive, and these small nuisances did not deter us from having a wonderful vacation. We will definitely return to the Emerald Isle condos.

The property we stayed at was excellent. We had the best view of the ocean since we were on Oceanside. We were right on the beach and was a quick walk to the sand. Our condo was clean and decorated nicely and I would recommend this place. I will return again.

Love the location and the property!
Great place right on the beach with everything you need. Only complaint is the key system is a little inconvenient and outdated but everything else was fantastic! Can't wait to come back.

When I book this listing I signed the needed documents after reading. When it was almost time to check in, I asked where and how do I check in. Was told that it was in the agreement that I signed. A little bit I received the address where I need to check it and get the keys. This is not a bad place. Just feels like anywhere you go you need a key, and sometimes the key would be hard to turn. It seemed like we were the only condominium that had a pool. It's nice to have, but the key situation made the experience not so great. Honestly if someone wanted to swim in the pool the gate isn't that big, they can easily climb over. I suggest using rfid keys it would make going to the beach and from it way easier. The rooms were decently clean. The air conditioning was working well when we stayed there, but it was on the louder side. I wouldn't mind staying here again, with new improvements.

This condo Was absolutely beautiful, the view was awesome, the location was great. The pool was nice. Condo on the beach was awesome. The A/c was wicked cold, loved it. I couldn’t have loved it anymore. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The plus was most definitely the location. A couple of negatives that would keep me from staying again or recommending to a friend: 1.) We saw some roaches throughout the condo, as well as the lobby of the building...not infestation level, but most definitely prevalent enough to be a concern 2.) Mattresses were terribly uncomfortable. The air did quite during our stay as well, which interrupted plans on one day of our stay. The issue was remedied, without issues, but the day was still interrupted, as well as the night prior's sleep quality.

*WARNING: We were approached the minute we pulled up to this property. It was going to rain so we pulled into a spot marked “loading zone”. A unit owner approached us immediately and said we couldn’t park there. It only got worse from there. We were monitored and watched the whole time. As a family of four who goes to bed at 10pm and keeps to themselves, it was very off-putting. Owners were constantly telling people what to do, including us. An owner of a unit approached us telling us there was a “water leak” to get our room number: “Hey are you guys in unit xxx? We think there is a water leak. What unit are you in?” Another owner took pictures of our unit balcony and either texted the owners of the unit we were renting, or contacted the property management who called us to tell us we had a chair at the beach that we should not have. Someone in our party needed this accommodation and was upset when they found out that we were getting in trouble because of this. We reviewed the Emerald Isle Rules and regulations and it is not clear.
The place costs almost three thousand dollars for the week and they have all of our credit information so I don’t know why they would harass us over a chair that we returned at the end of the day (and never provided clear information on it not being a beach chair). The management company also called other people we knew who were staying in other units at Emerald Isle. They approached us while we were minding our own business using our own chairs. It felt like someone was harassing us the whole time we were there. All we wanted was to be left alone. We have never had a rental experience like this in all the years we have vacationed. We have been to this area multiple times and left two days early it was so bad. We explained this at check-out but was not offered anything. If renters aren’t welcome or going to be monitored the entire time they are there, then don’t allow rentals period. We understand if you don’t want to rent but we don’t need to drop a bunch of money to be monitored by the “Nanny State” while trying to vacation.

Very nice condo. Hot water tnk temp was turned way down (below 90 degrees) So I turned it up to an appropriate and safe (to prevent certain bacteria growth) 125-130. I turned it down as it was before when I left. I told RC resorts about it after I left. Also, the Wifi was on-again-off-again so I requested RC resorts to look at it. They did promptly and gave me another (unused) network to use, which worked great.

The room was as advertised. Really enjoyed the stay, was a little disappointed that the balcony view was blocked for the sunset, but was a fantastic view regardless. Grounds were well kept, and I couldn’t get my daughter out of the pool. A great trip and we will be back!

The condo complex was great! Right on the beach, great pool, outdoor pool area and bathrooms were cleaned daily. Master bath needs complete makeover. The toilet ran all day and night. Needs a new mattress! The kitchen stove also should be updated. However, we had four adults and had

Fantastic view!
We had a wonderful time at N Remington Beach. The condo was perfect! All the amenities of home. This condo was clean, well furnished and we really did feel at home. Definitely will stay there again!
