Ottimo staff, spazi da rivedere nel complesso va bene

Hotel in fase ampliamento, la parte esistente è stata aggiornata in tempi recenti. È in posizione defilata rispetto al centro, che però rimane comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi in 10 minuti. Staff cordiale e competente disponibile alla risoluzione di eventuali necessità, al punto da riuscire a compensare ampiamente alcune criticità della struttura. Balcone enorme nella camera matrimoniale ampio 3 volte la stanza!! Parcheggio ampio a disposizione con eventuale possibilità di ricarica auto elettrica.

La camera seppur ristrutturata in tempi recenti risulta essenziale nelle dotazioni e nelle dimensioni. Il frigorifero è quello della barbie, piccolo e non raffredda, così come è rappresenta un inutile dispendio di corrente. Vi sarebbe la possibiltà di creare dei piani di appoggio mediante mensole che migliorerebbero la fruibilità degli spazi. Il bagno è piccolo ha una doccia enorme, ma un lavandino minuscolo, l'autore di questo abominio aveva delle priorità che non comprendo. La colazione a buffett è essenziale, mentre la parte di caffetteria risulta completa e lo staff attento e cordiale nella preparazione. Colazione promossa anche per la possibilita di brioche e schiacciata farcita che vanno a completare un offerta altrimenti insufficiente.

piccolo hotel a 2 stelle molto confortevole

Piccolo hotel a due stelle, ovviamente senza grosse pretese ma con tutto quanto è necessario per trascorrere un sereno weekend. L'hotel è pulito, le camere sono essenziali ma confortevoli, accessoriate con biancheria pulita, saponi per il bagno e asciugacapelli. La colazione è buona, brioches fresche e toast, più un piccolo buffet di yogurt, cereali e torta, e caffetteria da bar fatta espressa al momento. A piedi si raggiunge il corso principale del paesino, che è molto carino e curato, e dove si trovano bar, ristoranti, locali. Lo staff gentilissimo, veramente consigliato

Zweckmäßig

Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Man hat immerzu Türen knallen und Gespräche, Putzgeräusche etc. aus dem Treppenhaus gehört. Leider hatten wir auch nur ein kleines Fenster nach hinten raus, wo ein neues Gebäude angebaut wurde.

Una bella e piacevole esperienza.

Soggiornare qualche giorno all'Acquaviva ci ha fatto proprio bene, siamo stati accolti dal sorriso e gentilezza di Sara alla reception, dalle coccole di Cristina e di tutto lo staff, che si è prodigato per rendere molto piacevole la nostra esperienza. La colazione si è rivelata più che soddisfacente, con varietà di scelta e grazie alle ottime brioche, enormi e ripienissime ed alle focacce farcite preparate ogni mattina. Segnalo un ottimo caffè e cappuccini speciali che non sempre sono così buoni. Molto apprezzabile poter usare il frigo della cucina per raffreddare acqua e ghiaccini del nostro frigorifero portatile. Anche i posti macchina all'interno del loro cortile sono molto comodi e numerosi.

In un'ottica di possibile miglioramento, direi che le porte delle camere andrebbero sostituite con altre insonorizzate ed il portone principale secondo me va ripensato, perché davvero si sente tanto ogni volta che arriva qualcuno nella notte. Purtroppo contro la maleducazione delle persone non si può fare niente, ma attuare strategie per limitare questi disturbi è, per fortuna, possibile. Inoltre, bisogna descrivere meglio il frigorifero presente in camera, che definirei da Barbie, date le dimensioni. Ci stanno giusto un paio di lattine e forse delle bottigliette da 1/2 litro, ma non sono sicura. Probabilmente visto il periodo il climatizzatore non funzionava, ma almeno la funzione di deumidificazione sarebbe stata apprezzata.

Il Materasso a molle improponibile dormirvi,il lavandino del bagno piccolo e non funzionante ,accanto al letto zanzare morte appiccicate nel muro!! Insomma non è molto entusiasmante

Pulizia e gentilezza

Personale gentile, vicino al centro, bella terrazza spaziosa, camera pulitissima, doccia bella grande.

Camera un po' rumorosa, vista la vicinanza alla ferrovia magari i vetri doppi servirebbero. La sera quando siamo tornati da cena non abbiamo trovato posto per la macchina e abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare al distributore vicino all'albergo. Letto un po' scomodo ma per una notte ci può stare....

Good one night stay for a money value

Good location, you can see a sea out from window. Separated rooms for kids, good parking lot.

Shower stream was very poor and breakfast was basically just white bread. We didn’t get plates, just napkins for it. So it was a mess over the table

Couple stay in May

The stay was good for a night, it was a short 20 minute walk to the city centre with many restaurants and the beach. the breakfast was great, but had to pre-order what type of sandwiches we wanted. The customer service was great though.

Beds were uncomfortable, the glass door to the bathroom was half see-through so it was a bit weird. it was very small. walls were very thin and could hear almost everything from the neighbours room.

Great value for price and friendly staff

Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great value for price. It was also only a short walk (~8 mins) from the beach.

The location isn't that great when you're on foot, but if you have a car it's not gonna be a problem. Also my shower didn't drain properly.

Very pleasant stay, extremely clean, new facilities and renovated rooms, much better than expected! The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am grateful to Thomas at the reception for helping me out. Recommended

The location is not the greatest but it is very easy and simple to walk to the beach and into town.

Comfortable room, friendly staff. Not too far from the centre.

The bathroom doors are see-through glass that didn't close properly. It might be okay for couples, but otherwise it offers very little privacy. Breakfast was one option only - large sandwich and croissant, with drink of choice. It was good for us, but not if you're picky or have different desires.

Great place 👍

Everything was great, the room, the location, the people and the breakfast. We had air conditioning so the room was cool and there was no noise or petrol smell as I had read on other reviews, so there was absolutely no problem with anything, we’re just looking forward to going back again soon.

Great experience

The staff are all friendly and very accommodating, they went out of their way to fulfill my requests. Thanks to Lucrezia, Stefano, Massimo and Anna for making my stay a relaxing one :)

The location for someone coming here without a car is not that ideal as it is in proximity of the motorway, so you need to be extra careful when crossing the motorway, in particular in the evening when it’s dark outside. On the plus side, it’s only a 10 minutes’ walk from the rail station and is also not far from the seaside and the local amenities.
