Safe and stress free stay

Lourdes really needs to be mentioned here! She is such a lovely person! David is also really sweet! I never got to meet the owner, but these two people were so nice and welcoming to me the entire stay. The breakfast was good with coffee, tea, freshly made juice, bread, home made jams and eggs. I left early the last day and they prepared me a little take away breakfast. The location might be a bit far from Miraflores center but definitely within walking distance. On the upside it's probably calmer and less noisy than staying in the very center. My room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and private bathroom, but it's not soundproofed at all. It was possible to hear everything going on in the corridor outside the room. Great communication prior to the arrival and I felt very safe.

Not at all a problem, but perhaps it needs to mentioned so other peoble know, I don't think the room was cleaned at all during my stay. Again, in my case it wasn't an issue at all since everything was really nice and clean to begin with, but if you expect your sheets to be changed everyday, this is not that kind of place. I had some issues with the toilet the first day, but Lourdes and David helped without hesitation and I'm sure that if I had asked for the room to be swept, it would have been done in a heartbeat.

The property owner Ursula and her staff were friendly and amazing. Extremely helpful.

El trato familiar y el silencio del hogar. También muy acogedor. Ursula nos aconsejó muy bien, siempre abierta a adaptarse a nuestros horarios y a facilitarnos temas de equipaje en los desplazamientos.

Ótimo atendimento e localização

A Sra Lourdes e o David foram muito queridos e nos permitiram deixar a bagagem e ainda tomar um banho no final da tarde. É muito bem localizado, próximo à estação Ricardo Palma do metropolitano, facilitando o acesso ao centro histórico, próximo ao mercado e farmácia, além do Mercado 1 de Serquillo.

Fantatastic stay at a cosy, homely, quiet place

Everything was just wonderful. Uli, the host, is so friendly, welcoming, has tons of tips and really helped us out so much. Even with a small medical emergency. Public transport connections are really good and you can easily walk to Miraflores city center. The value for money is exceptional. 10000000% recommendation

Lovely, quiet, and small.

Very nice and welcoming place. Super quiet but still walking distance from Miraflores, Barranco and especially the cat park. Good breakfast, friendly staff. We extended our stay here even longer.

Maybe there were some small things but they were so small I forgot what they were.

Good location, helpful hostess

Good location, in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods of Lima. Good breakfast. Helpful hostess, assisted me in finding the location late in the evening and also in hiring an Uber to the airport the next day. Recommend.

Volvería sin dudarlo

Excelente el lugar, los espacios comunes para trabajar o tomar té, todo muy limpio, ordenado, sin ruido, las habitaciones comodas.

Lo unico es que quizá a veces se hace poco 1 baño para varias personas. Pero con voluntad, todo excelente!

Tolles Frühstück

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, haben sogar Frühstück to go bei früherer Abreise bekommen. Zu Fuß in den Park in Miraflores sind es zwar 20min, der Weg ist aber schön und absolut sicher.

Uli and the housekeeping staff were fantastic. Facilities were all of high quality, clean and in good working order. I was touched by the little packed lunch that was made for me on the day of my early departure. Would recommend without hesitation.

It felt more like staying at someone's home than a hostel. The owner and staff were really nice. The only downsides are shared bathrooms and rooms without windows. However, the facilities are very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfort lovely place.

We arrived very early and she was waiting for us. She gave us all the information and some tips were to go. The breakfast was good. Free filtered water, fridge we could use, good beds. Very comfort place to stay! We left in the morning and she made a little breakfast to go. Quiet neighborhood…recommended!

Great, little hotel in a quiet area of Miraflores just a walk away from a lot to see

We stayed here for four nights. The room is clean and comfortable, bed is nice and comfortable and there are hot showers! Room got cleaned after our stay, so we took the effort to treat it like our own place and made our bed and kept the bathroom clean. László took care of our check in and check out and was our contact if we needed anything. He was so helpful and kind! And he gave us some great suggestions for Nikkei restaurants! He has a very friendly and playful dog, a vizsla. They also offer laundry services, which was perfect because we were nearing the end of our trip and I was needing some clean clothes. The woman that cleaned, made breakfast, and maintained the place was so, so nice… such a beautiful soul! The location is quiet and safe and a little walk from some of the busier areas of Miraflores. It's also a short walk away from the Metropolitano bus line that takes you to Centro Historico or Barranco.

It's only minor but they didn't clean the room, change towels or empty bins. Perhaps we needed to ask. Certainly not a negative, rather a lack of communication....

audibility in the room, you hear every sound or word says in the whole house. there is no window and a strong smell of old things and mustiness, it is hard to breathe

A comfortable place made special by the people who run it.

This location was the first of a backpacking trip with my two brothers. what a perfect place to start. Owner Uli was streetwise and helpful and Maya, who works there was beyond kind, walking us to the main square on our first night, and cooking us the best eggs we’ve ever had! Thank you ☺️. Resident Puppy stole my heart. 🐶 ❤️
