Comfortable.

The location is near to many good breakfast spot plus there's 24hr mart near the hotel. Easy to find and easy to park 👍🏼 As we often went out and rarely spent our time in the hotel, there's not much to comment

It's good that the cleaner often cleans our room whenever we out but I do wish that there's option for no disturb/no cleaning.

Just the shop beside the hotel , can get food immediately

The worst can’t get one small table and sliding chair anything aso for pregnancy women to do their work in laptop. The light aso so bad. And the aircond not cooling

1st, this is the first hotel that we deal with which is still not using a contactless concept whereby we need to pay by cash... I need to walk to 7e to withdraw money... 2nd, there is a cockroach in both rooms that we book. 3rd, the staff did not tell us that the parking lot was using a coupon, thus we got the summons from Majlis... Very terrible... When we ask why they did not tell us, the staff is in blurry face.. It is our first time there, so the staff should tell or remind us when we register...

Ok for a short stay. The staff was helpful.

Location and the staff. Lift also available for easy access of upstair room.

Since there is no non smoking room, you might still smell it if the previous guest smoke in the room.
