This beautiful residence greets you with a new front entry staircase and front door. The lovely dining room offers a large table with seating for 8 and 3 stools at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen showcases custom cabinetry, granite countertops, rustic center island, and breakfast area with a table and seating for 4. The light-filled living room features a sofa and cozy chairs, relaxing window seat overlooking the deck and pool, and a large wall-mounted TV.
The spacious first-floor master suite boasts a king bed, sitting area, TV, and a large bathroom with double sinks, shower, and soaking tub. Upstairs, you will find 5 additional bedrooms. To the right is the first parent-child suite: the first room features a queen bed and a TV; the second room has two twin beds; the bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Towards the back of the home is a queen bedroom with a TV, a balcony overlooking the deck and pool, and a private sink vanity for the shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo. The pool is approximately 24ft x 13ft. The deck features a gas grill as well as multiple lounge and Adirondack chairs. Both the screened porch and deck offer golf course and lagoon views.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Though not a brand new property, this home was great: nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. There was lots of room for everyone ( our group was all adults) to have their own space, or to hang out as a group. Pool was clean, and well maintained. Very convenient to beach and golf course. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, enjoyed meals on the screened porch, and dining room. Enough seating and room in the family room for movie night! Plenty of room for 4 vehicles. We would rent this property again.

The is a nice house, very close to beach, only a minute walk away. Linnes were clean and so was most of the house, but the kitchen cabinets were really dirty, I’m not sure why they have never been cleaned. The pool wasn’t clean either and unfortunately the net was broken and we couldn’t clean it ourselves. You pay for the location.

Easy check in and checkout. Very responsive property manager. Very clean and lots of utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen. We came for the marathon. Great for viewing the runners going by, but challenging getting to and from the start/finish line. Usually we get a kitchen starter pack when we rent properties, but there was none with this rental.

We wanted a large property with a private pool that was also close to the beach. This was a well appointed house that also checked those boxes. We enjoyed our time there, and we always love Kiawah!
One thing u might want to be aware of…all the children managed to get splinters in their hands and/or feet from the back stairway coming down from the pool. Be careful as u go up or down.

Beautiful home, close to the ocean. Great pool. Many great amenities and excellent appliances. We were disappointed the first day when there was a sign on the stove that we couldn’t use the cook top. Our property manager came the next day with an electrician who got the stove working. He was exceptionally helpful. Overall a perfect spot for a family vacation.

This is the first time I have reviewed a vacation home and feel obligated to share our experience. The location of this home is wonderful. The overall condition of the home seems to be dated. The kitchen is small considering the size of the home. The kitchen appliances seem extremely dated as well. The cleanliness of the kitchen was not great, but maybe that is due to the age of the home. The pool is nice but small and there is no privacy from the home next-door.

The property was clean and consistent with what you would expect in a premier home on Kiawah. The location was excellent and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. BUT.... there is no pantry and no place to store groceries. This can be a problem with a large family that likes to cook and has lots of food. The kitchen is on the small side for a house this large. The pool was larger than most in this category. It was clean and well maintained. BUT... when we asked for the code to the automatic pool cover (for safety reasons) we were told that the owner refused to give it out. This was troubling as we had three grandkids under the age of three. Not all pools have covers, but it seems like an unnecessary safety risk when you have a cover but cannot use it. Finally, HVAC for two of the bedrooms upstairs was poor. There were fans provided which did help, but air circulation was poor. I suspect that these two rooms were added after construction and, unfortunately, the HVAC was not upgraded to meet the needs of these rooms. Overall, the property was comfortable, convenient and served its purpose. We had a wonderful time. Addressing the three problems listed would make it perfect!

This was a great place for our family to spend Spring Break. Close to the beach and plenty of room for 3 generations to spread out. Too cool for the unheated pool. Only improvement would be in the kitchen. We are pretty serious cooks, knives were dull and pots and pans could be updated.
