Great family villa

A great location in the Dolomites with cozy rooms.

The location and staff were excellent. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water / pressure. The breakfast was just meats, cheeses, a variety of breads, yogurts, and cereal. The coffee / cappuccinos were very good. The mountain water from the tap is very cold and good to drink.

The WiFi was not strong enough to reach the rooms. It only works in the first hallway and the dinning room. The showers are very thin, but I am also over 6 feet and 200 lbs. There is some construction/cranes behind the villa, looks like it will be there for the next few months. You can still see the mountains though.

Quiet location, nice views. The old couple who owns the place are nice, tje place is clean. No problem with the parking.

WiFi not working at all, the rooms were extremely small (we had a single room in the attic and a quadruple room which consisted of a bunk bed and a queen bed- barely any space at all). The towels should be replaced, they are very, very old and thin.

This review may sound harsh but believe me - its not.

The property is in a lovely spot with delightful views.

Pretty much everything else. The accomodation was a bit like stepping back to the 1960's in terms of the decor/feel. The room was probably the smallest I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was poor. I asked about the possibility of scrambled egg as part of my breakfast. What arrived was a partially mixed fried egg that was approaching inedible. The room was superficially clean although there were marks on my bedsheet which shouldn't have been there. The towels were so old and poor quality they had almost become hard. I could go on.

Sweet Villa, a short walk to town

Our room had a wonderful view, and comfortable bed and pillows. The lady who owns the hotel was lovely and works hard!

When we arrived, there was construction behind the hotel and they were also mowing the huge expanse of lawn! It was noisy, so we left and went into town. When we returned, it was quiet, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. There is no elevator, in case you have heavy luggage.

The stay was well worth the price, and we would definitely come back again.

The unit was big, and view was exceptional beautiful. Plenty of animals, cows, ducks, chickens and peacocks. The Internet connection signal was also quite good.

Clean, quiet with a welcoming and friendly host.

The friendly host greeted us upon our arrival and allowed us to check in early. There was a walking path to get to town which we would have used had it not been rainy and cold. Being located at the edge of the town, the setting was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our meal at a restaurant in town that was recommended by our host. Good breakfast the next morning in the pleasant breakfast room.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Great location with nice views and very close to the slopes. Breakfast is good and served by friendly staff. If you want you can prepare your own dinner in the shared kitchen, but also multiple good restraurants within walking distance.

The location and view are great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and inside of the building needs a bit of renovating. The room and bathroom are very tiny, in particular for a family of 4, leaving no space to move around with our bags inside.

Very outdated, was expensive in relation to the facilities offered.

Gorgeous views from the balcony and good location. Very well cared for and clean. Hosts were very nice. No hot water pot in the room to make coffee or tea but host brought us a lovely tray.

It is a small room and rather short bed for anyone over 6 feet.

A perfect gem of a vacation villa with an outstanding hostess!

Villa Insam was perfect! First, the location is out of this world! Next, the rooms were quaint and delightful, especially the balconies overlooking the gorgeous valley. Third, the daily breakfasts were scrumptious with home made delicacies every morning. But the BEST part of Villa Insam is the hostess/ owner, Louisa. Louisa was delightful and very eager to help each guest figure out their best itinerary/ hike. We did a different hike everyday! I will definitely go back to this little gem of a place !

The views were amazing!!!!! We had a room with a balcony and it was beautiful. Breakfast is also very good, and the lady running the place is great :)

We couldn't find WiFi to connect to, but also didn't ask. The beds werent the most comfortable.

The location was very convenient and the owners were amazing. They were so kind and friendly to us. The place was very clean and nice looking as well.

Everything was great. The only issue was we couldn't get wifi on the upper floor where we were staying. We had to go downstairs to access the WiFi.

We would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was comfortable, breakfast was substantial, the view was fantastic, and the host was super gracious!!

We didn’t have a car and it was a bit of a walk from the bus stop.

it was lovely to stay there

A view from my room was amazing! and it’s located in calm area. The best thing is welcoming and warm mood from the lady. She is very helpful and friendly

the location is pretty far from the main area, so if you have a car, that will be great. For me, I didn’t hesitate to walk around, but it was not practical.
