Amazing hosts, property and location

From the moment of arrival, during and checking out service was seamless. The owners are very helpful and catered for our every need - thank you Sarah and Ian. The facilities were exceptional and was a fantastic base for local attractions too. As I was in the area for work it was a lovely restful stay and the choice for breakfast was exceptional too, such amazing produce. We stayed in the garden suite room and the furnishings and decor were so lovely. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The property was fabulous. Great location, so private, spacious and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. The host, Sarah, was amazing and gave great recommendations for restaurants and areas to visit.

Welcoming and comfortable.

We were made very welcome by the owner Sarah who was super friendly but not overly intrusive and offered advise on places to eat locally. The location was just over a mile or so from Bracklesham & East Wittering but in a lovely quiet part of the area, exactly what we were looking for for a short break. Really good breakfast I should mention as well.

Could find no fault with the accommodation at all. Exactly what we were after, thank you Sarah.

Beautiful location, beautiful room / lodge with added Christmas touches

Maybe add a foot stool would have been nice as 2 arm chairs and personally we like to put our feet up. Just our preference thou. Maybe add a potato selection to breakfast, hash brown, also maybe a fried slice?

Lovely place- spotlessly clean, much bigger than we had expected and fantastic breakfast. Brilliant vegan and vegetarian food- absolutely everything was accommodated to! Very comfortable, cosy and peaceful.

Hidden Gem in West Wittering

Sarah was an excellent host, the chalet was modern and clean with lots of facilities, the location was great, close to the village and near to the beach, breakfast was superb with lots of choice. Spacious parking to the rear

Really recommend staying here. Lovely place

Fantastic little get away. The 2 rooms were amazing and we felt so relaxed, just what we needed. Sarah was great and very helpful. Breakfast was well suited for us all who stayed. Was also very tasty 😋.

Lovely bright room. Very friendly host and delicious breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. Host dealt with my allergies ...even providing gluten free biscuits and decaff tea in the room.

Perfect for a short stay to explore the Witterings plus City of Chichester a short drive away as is Portsmouth.

it was very private and self contained. Easy to find thanks to good communication by the owner. Nice quiet location. Good shower, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean with own tea/coffee making facility. All topped off by superb cooked breakfast served in conservatory overlooking beautiful garden by the nice friendly owner.

A piece of paradise

Lovely cabin/room with outside seating space. Large big comfortable bed, massive room with TV, fridge, tea/coffee facilities and a seating area. Great bathroom with large double shower. All spotlessly clean. Allocated off road secure parking. Greeted by a wonderful host Sarah who cooks a perfect breakfast just to your liking.

A fabulous relaxing break

The fact that we had a separate cabin which was large with a lovely en-suite. Dressing gowns were provided and the towels were super soft.

Lovely overnight stay - slept like a log!

Lovely spacious but cosy garden suite. Extra touches like fresh milk in the fridge, toiletries, robes and fluffy towels much appreciated. Great breakfast.
